Too firm

I've had several sets of these pillows over the years, and they had always been great, but no more. These pillows are now understuffed and flat. They are absolute garbage and I'm having to buy new pillows again after only a week or two. Save your money and buy a decent set of pillows virtually anywhere else. This is the single worst dropoff in quality I've ever experienced.

I have been buying these pillows about once year since they became available. I like a firm pillow and these lasted about a year. Last moth I purchased them again and they are already almost flat. There has been a change in the manufacturing process that I don’t think Sam’s is aware of.

The quality of these pillows is so disappointing. As someone who has bought these pillows for years, I can tell you these are nothing like they used to be. I still have some that I purchased years ago and they are NOT the same pillow today. The filling in these is almost nonexistent and your head goes straight down to the mattress with zero support. I am so disappointed in Sam's club for ruining these pillows! It's a shame because I would gladly pay 5 to even 10 dollars more to get the same quality as years past. I actually cut open one pillow and put almost all the stuffing from the one into the other pillow, then sewed it back up to make it equal in fill to previous pillows I purchased.

These are extremely flat and have no fluff. I bought some of these pillows a few years back and they were wonderful. Have bought more twice since the first pillows I'd bought and both times they were so flat and uncomfortable to the point where I get headaches from them. I'm not going to take anymore chances in these in the future.

I've never bought a pillow that loses it's puffiness after one use. The air in it is the only thing that keeps it semi comfortable and it pushes out when you lay on it. Then it is too firm and flat. It hurts my head. It being bigger makes it worse too. They don't fill the pillow. I wouldn't suggest these to anyone. Unfortunately I bought two 2-packs and reading other reviews you can't return for your money. Only another pillow. I would much rather buy a cheaper one somewhere else.

Nice pillowls for a king size bed. They are very fluffy but my husband found them a little too firm. However, that could be because his old pillow was just that, OLD, and had flatlened out. I'm sure in time they will decompress a bit. The price of the pillows was great.

I’ve purchased this pillow several times in the past, it was one of my favorites, but I returned my last order. This is not the same pillow that it used to be, it’s so flat you can fold it over and has a very strong chemical odor. I can’t imagine anyone would want this pillow. I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!

Waited until I slept on the pillow for a bit but could have written this review after the second or third night. The pillow seemed quite plush and supportive taking it out of the package. The first night’s sleep was good. However after the third night, the pillow was about the third of its original thickness and not supportive hardly at all. I can’t imagine what it would be like in a year. I was so disappointed that I ended up returning the package at my local Sam’s Club just now.
