These are extremely flat and have no fluff. I bought some of these pillows a few years back and they were wonderful. Have bought more twice since the first pillows I'd bought and both times they were so flat and uncomfortable to the point where I get headaches from them. I'm not going to take anymore chances in these in the future.

Waited until I slept on the pillow for a bit but could have written this review after the second or third night. The pillow seemed quite plush and supportive taking it out of the package. The first night’s sleep was good. However after the third night, the pillow was about the third of its original thickness and not supportive hardly at all. I can’t imagine what it would be like in a year. I was so disappointed that I ended up returning the package at my local Sam’s Club just now.

I don't leave reviews very often. But I had to in case there's anyone out there suffering neck pain like I was for years. I have slept for probably 10 years or more with firm pillows from all kinds of different companies. I can't stand a flat pillow and felt like i needed good head support to help me sleep better. Anyway, It was time to change pillows in my spare bedroom, so I gave these a try. They're inexpensive and I know the Sam's brand is a good name. I figured it would be great for company that stayed overnight. Well, I just so happened to fall asleep in the spare bedroom one night and noticed how my neck didn't hurt as bad as it had been. So I continued to use the pillow and here I am 3 weeks later to tell you, I have zero neck pain! It's a miracle! This happened by accident but I feel like this was meant to be. Thank you to Sam's wholesale Club and the vendor who makes these for them.

These used to be great. I've purchased so many over the years because I absolutely loved them. Then they changed the materials. No longer were the soft, breathable, washable, and snuggly. Instead they were scratchy, lumpy, and entirely useless after about a month's use.

I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!

Bought several of these pillows over the years and they used to be the best pillow ever, full with a bit of firmness. Unfortunately like many other things, these pillows have gone downhill and fast. They are way too soft and seem to lack half the amount of filling as in the past. They no longer support the head or neck and smash down with the first night of use. Charge more, give you less. So very very disappointed!

These are not the same pillows and same amount of stuffing as they’ve always been. I have been buying these for years and recently they have changed. They have reduced the amount of stuffing to be completely flat in a month or two, probably another gimmick to increase profits. Pillows are just like any other flat pillow now. Not worth the money.

Nice pillowls for a king size bed. They are very fluffy but my husband found them a little too firm. However, that could be because his old pillow was just that, OLD, and had flatlened out. I'm sure in time they will decompress a bit. The price of the pillows was great.

I have been buying these pillows about once year since they became available. I like a firm pillow and these lasted about a year. Last moth I purchased them again and they are already almost flat. There has been a change in the manufacturing process that I don’t think Sam’s is aware of.
