Great assortment and durable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 40 piece set has the perfect assortment of containers, for making lunches to storing even the smallest of leftovers. They are durable and the lids easily close. I really like the red colored lids which make them easy to spot in my lid drawer. This is a great starter set with so many sizes. I really like that I can put them in the microwave.

Great durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed some take a long containers so I got these. They are so great. They have so many different sizes of containers and I love them. They are very durable. I love the bright red lids they are very pretty.

My daughter loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to get these because of my daughter's obsession with taking food home and not bringing back my glass bowls. So there I am ready to store leftovers and have nothing to put them in. This Rubbermaid set is her set now - if she wants food, she can take it home in these containers. When she brings them back, she can have more. And if she doesn't bring them back, she doesn't get more. She loves them because they are leak proof. I can put spaghetti sauce in there and she will put it on her car seat. It hasn't ever leaked onto her seat once. She uses them for everything from soups to sandwiches to salads. I also use them to store things like bags of sugar and flour. No more flour all over the cabinet. It stays neatly in my Rubbermaid container until I'm ready to use it. It's the perfect solution for it! I'm sure my daughter will eventually have taken them all and I'll have to buy them again, but that's okay. They're totally worth it!

Lids break easily

The quality is not consistent. These lids keep snapping when I put them on or when opened.

these are awful. not DW safe. not worthy of rubbermaid name. they are cracking after 1st use. im thinking of going to glass. i do not like leaving bad reviews.

deeply disappointed

I've bought rubbermaid productrs a few times in the past. But this has been the worst batch. The lids are mostly OK, but the containers develope cracks and brweak, sometimes after a single usage. I should be sent a whole new set of these for free, given how many I've had to throw away out of the set at this point.

Straight trash

never ever add heat to these plastic containers. the plastic is going to bubble up inside look like you've owned the things for 5 years. I just ruined mine by using it in the microwave for only 30 seconds
