I've tried everything. Urinary incontinence, moderate. TENA is the only unisex product that men can actually use. Quality all around. Good elastic, rate of absorbtion and retention all excellent. No slipping down. Just a good product all around.

Although the overnight pads are good they frequently leaked when sleeping on my side. The underwear prevents this leakage so no more wet bottoms or bed. I don't wake up in a puddle

I have ordered these for my mother. She said these are the best brand she has ever used. The underwear pulls moisture away from your body very effectively. I highly recommend this product although it is rather expensive.

While not nearly as good as the products sold online or at medical supply stores this is better than most others. Leak guards make a big difference in effectiveness vs the big seller.

I'm stuck in bed right now, due to an injury, and slow when I get up. These help so much, I don't have to worry about about leaks at all, and I can take my time to get to the bathroom.

I've been using other underwear for a while and they sometimes leak so I thought I would give these a try. Having the snugg leg openings is great. They are not too tight and aren't uncomfortable at all for me. I'll be buying these for now on.

Very comfortable and the best absorbency I have found. Heard about these from a family member and will continue to use them. I haven't been able to find them in stores or other on line sights, but I'm hoping that changes.

These are very comfortable and I wear them overnight. The only negative thing about them is that the leg holes should fit tighter. That is where any leakage comes from. During the day, you can even wear them under tight jeans.
