I will be the first to say that these are perfect for men or women! For some odd reason, companies make these "mens underwear" that never fits right, are made out of sandpaper, and do not hold a lot. I suffered a very nasty bladder infection that left me with urinary incontinence. So I have been on the search for the perfect all around pull up. I have been using the Always discreet underwear up until now. Forget those completely. The Tena pull ups are the best, I have get to have a single leak. Wearing them is like wearing a cloud. Extreme softness all around. Thick but not too thick, so perfect for out and about activities. They are extremely discreet, so even if the waistband sticks up or out while bending over, no one will really know you're wearing pull ups. I am only 23, so flying under the radar is usually what I'm looking for. But these diapers make me much more comfortable and brave. I will now be purchasing more and more, and telling everyone who has similar issues to try tena. They are by far the best! Thank You Tena!

I was surprised that the overnight underwear for women is rated less than the ultimate pads. The underwear is rated a 5 and the ultimate is rated a 6. I use a pad in them for overnight just to be sure. The fit could be considered a little small based on the sizing on the package. I rated it a 4, but effectiveness a 3.I wish they came in colors and were better looking, more like a real pair of underwear.

I have ordered these for my mother. She said these are the best brand she has ever used. The underwear pulls moisture away from your body very effectively. I highly recommend this product although it is rather expensive.

Have better confidence at night against leakage. Also, if you are going to be gone for longer than a few hours during the day gives me more confidence, and I use an overnight pad too.

just as advertised, very comfortable they feel like cotton and they are quit when walking. i.m not a heavy leaker so I get 3 or 4 nights out of each pair
