I compared this pull up underwear to two other brands and the Tena ones absorb more, absorb faster, and didn't leak at all. This is all very important to me. I've had many pullups and briefs which leak at night. I have bladder spasms, which cause sudden loss of urine, which many pads and overnight underwear simpy cannot absorb. Tena was the best I've found after several years of wearing pads and underwear protection.

Thank you for this product!! the briefs are much more comfortable than the regular ones, so soft and stretchy and absorbent, with a fuller seat - I have been using them during the day also because of the comfort, even though they are a little more expensive. No chafing at the leg opening, full comfort all day, I would forget I'm wearing them, if it weren't for my frequent need to change them. Please use the same fabric and cut in all your briefs! Of course, I would also appreciate a lower unit cost since I have to use several during the day and I'm on a limited income.

Tried a few different brands for my mom who is 94. Since I am her son this kind of stuff is not my forte. She wore them for a day and she wanted me to buy more. Some of the others leaked, but not these, some thought went into making these and the fact that you can tear the sides when taking them off makes my job easier. No need to look at other brands anymore.

I have been wearing these for years. They are the only ones I like. I have been wearing large. My 4 packages came in today. I can’t get them on. Absolutely hate new sizing. Should have been told ahead of time about change. Now I’m stuck with these packages and have to wait for new order. Hoping xl fits. In meantime I have nothing that fits. Other then this change I love product!!!

They may say for women hut as a man they're great. I like wearing them because they're thick and feel good between my legs. Very comfy and do a good job holding all my pee. Highly recommend them to men and women. I got my mother in law to try them and now we both wear them.

I like Tena brand because they are the best fitting and the price of these is easier on my budget. I also like the natural feel of these overnight pullups, they are very comfortable. I dislike that they aren't absorbent enough, especially for overnight. They leak! I have to wear booster pads with them! Tena could do better on the padding which is sparce in places, not overall solid padding. Other like LivDry & Tranquility have better absorbancy.

Ive had bladder issues especially at night after a car accident as a child. I used adult diapers until my aunt suggested I try Tena Overnight and they work amazing! I love that I can just pull these on and they absorb a full night sleep with no leaks. They're not as obvious or bulky as a diaper under PJs and much easier to use( I wish I had known about them at university). I was a bit nervous at first because I'm on the smaller side but they fit perfectly. Thank you Tena!

not to say everything else is bad, because i know other products work, but these are perfect. i use for overnight and daytime use and need a lot of protection. these work. they feel good. they don't show through clothing. they don't leak after several hours. I could not select "fit" above but for my size, they fit perfectly. and at the stated size, medium fit the way i expected and was hoping they would. they are great!

Since I have started using these, they have worked great! Use them exclusively for day and night. Someone at Tena told me the Overnight Intimate Underwear were just for women. I love this product and it feels so good, holds well and have had little if any problems with it. Leaks out the leg gathers sometimes when I sleep on my side but otherwise works great for me.

I use them day and night, they are the best I have used so far .I wouldn't mind having the sides a little more obsorbent If you sleep on your side that's where it the urine goes I use the overnight pads in the day and the pads and underwear at night.
