I have been trying all kinds of brands to find one that fits and is absorbent. Depends does not fit at all.. These Are large and absorbent And I wear the overnights in the daytime too. But I honestly wish There Was a brand even more absorbent because I have also been putting in 2 poise pads To be even more secure.

These are sized very small. I wear a Large in other brands, but this L is almost impossible to pull on and then rolls down it is so tight. The description said better fit. I bought 4pkgs because the price was so much better in quantity. Now I have three unopened pkgs I suppose I will have to drag inside the store for a refund. Not happy. The size description gave no clear indication or warning that a L is the same size as a S/M but that is what it seems the pkg indicates.

I have tried a lot of other brands claiming they are best, but they are not. I was skeptical at first,but I decided to try Tena. To my surprise, they were great. they stood up to everything they claimed. Highly recommend! Very discreet delivery. I was very happy, and they fit like a glove.

The product works good however I do not not the size changes that were made because now if I ordered the size up, I would get less in an order then I would have recieved before. In turn, it would cost me even more than it would have if you would have kept the sizes the same as they were.

These are great for my sensitive skin. I don’t experience irritation like I did with Depends. That said, I do experience leaking onto my garments at nite, which I never did with Depends. Perhaps they need to be thicker or redesigned in some way to stop that. Otherwise, this is a great product.

This is the best overnight incontinence underwear. I do not experience leaks, movement of the underwear or any skin irritation. I can rely on Tena Sensitive Overnights to create a good morning to each new day! In fact, I use them during the day when I have to be certain there will not be an unforeseen accident due to my bladder issues. The only negative issue with this product is the new sizing; however, now that I know I need the larger size (XXL) I order that.

Tena products are the best after trying different brands. the fit ,the absorbancy,the thickness were important criterias to meet my demands.My issue started in 2021, and my urinary incontinence is a struggle and the Tena brand has helped me to trust, and give me some confidence.I encourage this purchase.

I am continually confused by Walmart’s pricing. I buy these underwear frequently. One day a case of 4 packs is priced at $45.00. The next day, that case is not available. But on that same day, the same case was available - for $70.00. I realize things are priced by your cost, but I find it incredibly hard to believe that. Or I could buy 4 individual packs for $11.00 each. Seems like I getting penalized for not using the subscription option. I am a loyal, several years member and you reward me by trying to trick me! Shame on you, Mr. Walmart owners and managers! Shame on you!

Other pull-ups panty design has a lot to be desired. Theses also need some extra attention. These are for over night. Yet they leak when laying down. The urine runs up between your butt cheeks and out the top back of the diaper. Also the breathable areas need to be absorbant as well. Basically they all leak. Theses leak less and the panty covers the whole behind. Unlike some that is almost like a very wide thong.

5 Star Rating for sure. I’ve tried many other brands over the years, but these are where my search ended. I now wear 3 different styles of Tena and each are perfect for different occasions. Extremely comfortable, worry free, great fit. I love the extra padding when on long trips. Awesome! Thanks! Ken
