Due to health issues I require a lot of absorbancy, the over night level has worked well for me. Very little leakage.

Excellent product that fits well and doesn't add bulk. No leaking and no perceptible odor, even overnight. Fairly priced. Recommended.

They work so well. Drawback is they are so expensive. It's hard for elderly people on limited income to afford.
