immediately when I opened a new pack of the new sizing of this diaper I knew it wasn't the same product. after years of wearing this product I can feel the thickness wasn't there. I don't know if you've substituted a different material or just trying to cut back on your cost but this is not the same, I repeat not the same! I've had side leaks with this new product that I never had with the old product. I hope you take this to heart because I've been a loyal customer and I don't know what the problem is but please change it back.

My mother is 88 years old with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is experiencing incontinence issues. This Tena overnight product is a God saver. The absorbency of this overnight panty is the most we've experienced so far. There is never any leakage and through the night mom's incontinence problem is solved. We would be lost without this product. Sometimes we also use the Tena overnight pads as an extra precaution because mom does not wake up at night to go to bathroom. We highly recommend both Tena products.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!

I use Tena underwear exclusively. It is dependable and comfortable. Plus the XL fits me very well. I'm disabled but the briefs are easy to change. Shipping has also been dependable. I order from two different sources to make sure I'm never out of these briefs. There have been no shipping delays so far!

I've tried tons of different products and these work the best for me. They fit good and keep my clothes dry. I have to go to the bathroom quite often at night and when I stand up out of bed to go, it just starts to run out before I get to the bathroom. These absorb everything. I have to change sometimes but it protects my clothes and I just have to change the underwear and not my pajamas. It holds a lot very well and I love the gathers at the legs because it keeps everything else dry. They are more expensive but the effectiveness is definitely worth it.

They shrunk these. I bought my mother the same S/M size she had been wearing and she couldn't even get them on. She did not get bigger as some skeptics may assume and we still had a couple of pairs from the old pack that fit her just fine. It is hard enough for my handicapped mother to dress herself in the first place without Tena shrinking their product without warning. We won't be trusting them again. Boo Tena!

When I first needed to use pull-ups I purchased and tried 6+ different Brands..I wear 10 &11 size Vanity Fair size underwear. I’m not sure what I would do if I were larger for This Quality pull-ups.. Tena’s leg and waist are more comfortable and don’t leak..Nothing is perfect when you have this issue..I’m 85 Years old with disabilities so it’s important to have something that really works! They are a tiny bit more costly for something you dispose of But Remember “You Get What You Pay For”..

I have a real issue with a leaky bladder. This has become a real issue when I am sitting in a dentist chair, and have to be excused to go urinate halfway through my appointment. These "panties" are wonderful! I can sit through the appointment, and any leaking is caught and more than adequately contained in the panties....same results with shopping sprees...I can get through my grocery shopping without wetting myself, how embarrassed I have been! Shopping is again an event I can look forward to, as well as lunch in the park, etc.... Even when shopping in department stores, I have wet all over myself trying to get to the restrooms which are always at the farthest corner of the store! Thank you so much for providing me with a wonderful solution to my problem, allowing me to once again enjoy my Tuesdays and Thursdays out with my cousin, as well as being able to sit for an hour in the dentist chair for dental work I am having done!

These are the best Overnight Underwear that we have found. My wife is bedridden and so we use the Overnight Underwear on her. They are, by far, the best we have purchased. The quality is there and the absorption is wonderful. The aides who look after her all praise the Tena Underwear.
