I have used all brands of women's underwear and TENA is the best there is. It has a great leg guards that is not only one elastic guard but several that prevents ANY leakage at all overnight. Great product. For anyone with incontinence, this is the only one to buy. If you can't find it in stores, order it online or call and order it. It comes in about 2 days. Great customer service!

These underwear are very absorbent and also work well for my daughter, I turn to these when the other-style is out of stock. The only minor drawback is the way they are packaged, they are folded wider than the ones we prefer, making it cumbersome to store in bathroom vanity.

This is the best overnight incontinence underwear. I do not experience leaks, movement of the underwear or any skin irritation. I can rely on Tena Sensitive Overnights to create a good morning to each new day! In fact, I use them during the day when I have to be certain there will not be an unforeseen accident due to my bladder issues. The only negative issue with this product is the new sizing; however, now that I know I need the larger size (XXL) I order that.

The product works good however I do not not the size changes that were made because now if I ordered the size up, I would get less in an order then I would have recieved before. In turn, it would cost me even more than it would have if you would have kept the sizes the same as they were.

These briefs are the same size as S-M, there is a sticker on each package saying that the size is S-M, but has been changed to a Large. ive bought the large before and they fit me well, S-M does not fit me! Why was this done? First pic what I ordered, second pic what I recieved.

This product is excellent as far as quality and fit. Absorption is the best in its field. I only use Tena product as no other compares. I have in the past used other products but they do not compare in quality or use ability, comfort and softness. I don't worry about leaks when I am wearing a Tena!

This underwear provides the best incontinence coverage that I've used for my family member. Leaks are infrequent and only at maximum capacity. Unlike other products, there is good order control and minimum bacteria related skin issues. The fit is better, as well as the coverage. The fabric is a much better quality than others, which makes it more comfortable to wear.

My mother had a stroke four years ago when she came home she needed to wear something overnight. We have tried every single thing there was and I was washing all of her bed close every day and it was that hey huge amount of work and uncomfortable for her. Now that I have found TENA it is almost impossible for anything to change both of our lives to this degree in overnight and daytime too. Now we can go out and confidence with no hesitation because of TENA and mom goes to sleep at night knowing that there will be no wetness because of TENA. Thank you again for this magnificent product. It is surprising that any diaper product would not contain a minimal amount of wetness indicator dye to show the caregiver the presence of any liquid, mainly urine. This product works great otherwise, but given that a spritz of indicator would add such incredible value, it is beyond me why this feature is not provided.

Your product outlasts any products I've tried even the most recent ones, just seeing. I think you hold more water than a small river. No kidding, you are the best. I've tried them all.
