I have been using them for a few nights now and they do "do the work" and haven't had "leaks" on my p.j.'s which is great!! But, they are a little large for me but I'll keep wearing them as they don't come in small. I have sent for a sample of the other brand that is available as they have "small". I'll be able to compare them then better!! I would wear them on long trips but they are too bulky with my jeans or other pants I wear. Like I say they work great overnight.

Here again my wife and I both use the over night under for our daily needs. We both are very satisfied. In the past we find that the TENA brand is the best. This underwear i especially like because of the wider crotch area to handle putting the overnight pads for extra leakage protection.

Unfortunately after my surgery due to cancer I lost my right leg, hip and pelvic bone. So I need to use these things and this brand is the best I’ve found. That being said the price on these went up a few times and that bothered me and stressed me out because I can’t afford to pay more then the $50 they cost now for a case of 4 packages. These are nessecities for many people and charging more ,lot more, is just WRONG! So I hope you’ll keep the price fair like it is currently, $52-$56 per case(48)items.

My Mom has started using these underwear and loves them! They are soft, comfortable and super absorbent. Dry sheets and much restored dignity to my sweet 89 year old!! Thank you!! She likes them so much we signed up for home delivery. A superior product!!

I found these in Northern Wales while visiting my granddaughter. I had been using Depends. I find the TENAs fit my strange figure well and are quite comfortable. I have a physiological issue requiring me to wear these 24/7,so I have signed up for the automatic delivery program which is certainly handier than ordering frequently. P.S. This is the third review I have sent in. Please do not ask me to do this again.

Finally found an effective diaper. I've got prostate related total incontinence and I've been going nuts trying to find a diaper that lasts more than an hour or two before it starts leaking. I can get 4 to 5 hours dependably from these Tena Overnight underwear. If the elastic around the legs were a little wider and tighter they'd be even better. Recommend highly.

Been ordering these in L size forever. They fit my grandmother perfectly. But TENA changed the sizes of these across the board. Previous L is now S/M and previous XL is now L. If you look at their pricing, XL diapers cost more for less diapers. So now youll need to purchase the more expensive XL diapers if you previously purchased L, even though theyre the same exact physical size. Its just a price increase. In effect, what TENA did was screw the consumer over so they can make more $$$ on your elderly grandparents. Theres no other reason for a change like this. So instead of buying TENA XLs, we will be buying a different brand entirely.

Waited quite a while so I would be sure how they work. Excellent ! I had been using Depends Overnight Underwear and Poise Overnight Pad and not happy. Leaked frequently -had to put plastic down to protect recliner I sleep in. Very frustrating ! The Tena Overnight Underwear and Overnight Pads work very well. Had leak couple times, but not bad at all. Basically, once I got pads placement figured out (night use 2 to make area long enough for me. About 1 or 2 inches longer would be perfect for us big women) no leaks! Thank you Tena !!

I used to purchase depends for my Mother and soon became so frustrated that they did not prevent spillage. The amount of cleaning up and laundry was exhausting. I found TENA Overnight and my exhaustion ended. They hold diarrhea very well. Will not go back to any other brand.

Tena products are the best after trying different brands. the fit ,the absorbancy,the thickness were important criterias to meet my demands.My issue started in 2021, and my urinary incontinence is a struggle and the Tena brand has helped me to trust, and give me some confidence.I encourage this purchase.
