[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein shake doesn’t taste like a protein shake. It’s not gritty the flavor is alright. It’s great as a meal replacement. The amount of protein in this product is fair and packaging wise it’s pretty basic. Overall, not too bad Oikos!

Although I didn't love how it tasted in my coffee, it was delicious on its own. The vanilla taste is there and it doesn't leave a chalky after taste like other protein shakes do. I won't be putting it in my coffee any time soon again, but I'd drink it as a meal replacement or blend with some ice and banana for a healthy treat 😋

There was a really bitter aftertaste that left a weird feeling on my tongue. As I kept drinking I acclimated to the taste and it was ok, perhaps a bit too sweet. There flavor reminded me of melted ice cream, the consistency was that of milk. I don’t know that I will go out of my way to buy these again, maybe if there is a really good sale.

The shake was what you would expect with a sweet vanilla flavor and a thin consistency. It wasn’t my favorite shake but it wasn’t bad. I would drink it again if I was on the go and wanted to get in some extra protein.

The packaging of the product was pretty convenient as it was not only arrived in a zip lock back but it a piece of bubble wrap on it too. The effectiveness of the product depends on what you want & or need out of it such as exercising or maybe a meal replacement.
