I LOVE oikos yogurt in the tub and the yogurt drinks since they have a great balance of calories and protein, so I was excited when I tried this. This shake however, I don’t know how I feel about it. It’s more watery than what I’m used to, and not as creamy as a result. I wish it were a smidge thicker. Great macros though!

I like the probiotic fiber of 5 grams as well. Its great when I am crashing in the afternoon and I’ve even tried putting half the shake in with my coffee in the morning with ice and it is delish!

The vanilla flavor is good and not super sweet, just tastes like sweetened milk. Really enjoyable and probably would be great with coffee for a protein latte.
