Works during the day for incontinence and overnight with an exra pad

Bought these for my aunt who’s having medical issues and was pleased in the results of the product to keep her dry overnight and during the day.

Only problem I have is the fit at my waist. The bulk with the products seam. The top sits at my waist near my kidney. Very uncomfortable.

These have been the best underwear so far, but they still seem to have an issue with front side leaks.

They were very uncomfortable. I'd say over have we had to remove the blue stitching on them. They would hurt your skin.

After many years of trying different kinds, these overnight work the best for me I've ever had absolutely no leaks! Try them for

excellent quality . They run a bit small though Very economical especially on the 80 count. Yes, I will purchase again.

Very well made and for the first time since 2015 I can sleep through from dark to daylight!! This is incredible!

The pad does not absorb as much as it should. Also, the side gutters tend to allow leakage. I just do not like this style.
