Been buying for a few years now for my elderly mother. This recent order, the new sizing is too small and very tight on her. Very disappointed and will not order again!

Ordinarily I don't need these, but I recently injured my hip and I'm spending most of my time either in bed or my recliner making it painful and takes some time to get around, so these are great. Way more absorbant, no leaks, comfortable, and I have one less thing to worry about, until I can get the surgery done.

They may say for women hut as a man they're great. I like wearing them because they're thick and feel good between my legs. Very comfy and do a good job holding all my pee. Highly recommend them to men and women. I got my mother in law to try them and now we both wear them.

Went on a trip and forgot to bring my protection. Stopped at a chain store and rejected the "house" brands immediately. All that was left were Tena so I thought I'd take a chance. Well, they worked fine for me, a male, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks for NOT making them pink. Superior overnight protection.

After wearing Tena Sensitive Large for many years, that product has been "resized" into a significantly different size. On me it is several inches shorter, folds over unless I wear another product over it, and is uncomfortable. Once 39" - 52" and now 32" x 42" is not even close. This is hardly "same great Product"and sadly I am stuck with several packages and a quest to find something as good as Tena once was.

I mostly use at night and if I'm out all day. I like that it holds more liquid than other brands. But there is one change I'd like. The panel should have padding up to the waist band. When sleeping, if I can't get up in time, the liquid travels up the backside and out the un-covered area. I wake with a mostly dry underwear except where it came out of the back. I started buying bed-pads to keep the bed dry.

I will be the first to say that these are perfect for men or women! For some odd reason, companies make these "mens underwear" that never fits right, are made out of sandpaper, and do not hold a lot. I suffered a very nasty bladder infection that left me with urinary incontinence. So I have been on the search for the perfect all around pull up. I have been using the Always discreet underwear up until now. Forget those completely. The Tena pull ups are the best, I have get to have a single leak. Wearing them is like wearing a cloud. Extreme softness all around. Thick but not too thick, so perfect for out and about activities. They are extremely discreet, so even if the waistband sticks up or out while bending over, no one will really know you're wearing pull ups. I am only 23, so flying under the radar is usually what I'm looking for. But these diapers make me much more comfortable and brave. I will now be purchasing more and more, and telling everyone who has similar issues to try tena. They are by far the best! Thank You Tena!

I have been wearing these for years. They are the only ones I like. I have been wearing large. My 4 packages came in today. I can’t get them on. Absolutely hate new sizing. Should have been told ahead of time about change. Now I’m stuck with these packages and have to wait for new order. Hoping xl fits. In meantime I have nothing that fits. Other then this change I love product!!!

They are perfect for overnight protection. I don't have to worry about accidents anymore. The only thing I wish Tena sold an extra small size for women to wear at night. The small size is a bit too big but it's the better fitting underwear than all the other brands that I have tried. Thank you Tena

Since I have started using these, they have worked great! Use them exclusively for day and night. Someone at Tena told me the Overnight Intimate Underwear were just for women. I love this product and it feels so good, holds well and have had little if any problems with it. Leaks out the leg gathers sometimes when I sleep on my side but otherwise works great for me.
