leakage is very rare with this product, but I need to change quite often. I would like it if padding was a little bit thicker

New sizing is a little confusing, no idea what the manufacturer accomplished by changing the sizes. Now XL is the same as L was in the old sizing.

It's ultra absorbant and I sleep all night. Only problem I have is urine runs up by back. I have this problem with all products with this issue

There was a recent size change where L is now XL but quality remains good. Snug enough and minimal leaks when worn right. Momma approved.

Excellent product, but I use an additional pad for security. Especially love the thorough inner band that retains overflow.

My wife, 72 yo, who has dementia wears the overnight underwear. It collects most of the liquid but her blouse still gets wet.

Love the fit and absorbancy. It actually covers all areas and I can wear it at night with no worries about a wet bed.

Tena adult overnight diapers are the best although a little pricey. Thank you Walmart for offering such a great product 😊.

I don’t know the full story. Mom likes this brand the best. She has tried all of them at one time.
