My wife uses them for incontinence. She wears them all the time, everywhere. She likes the newer, redesigned ones that we just purchased. They don't leak. We will continue to purchase them as long as she needs them.

There’s no way sm/med fits, squeezes and extremely TIGHT. I just lost $45.00 cannot wear them. I am a true size 8/10. Waste of money and very expensive and disappointed. Horrible!!

I use the Tena brand Underwear because the elastic in the stomach area is not as tight as the other 2 leading brands. Also, the elastic on the legs comes down better and farther than the other 2 leading brands. Better underwear.

I am so happy to have Tena Overnight Underwear! This brand is far more comfortable and absorbent than any other brand I have tried over the last 49 years.

I don’t like these, I bought these before and the elasticity in the waist was a lot more flexible and these don’t stretch at all. They don’t fit my mom. I don’t know why it was changed.

they were not large. came in lg pkg but smaller likeva med. i bought 119 worth. i always wear lg but thes were not lg. now stuck with over 100 diapers

I have found this product to be very helpful. I have tried other products but they did not serve my needs as well as Tena. I now only use Tena products.

Best product of this type I have found on the market. It fits me best and is the most absorbant. I only wish it was easier to find the XL size in stores.

I've tried numerous overnight underwear briefs. NONE worked. I was in tears before finding Tena. The Tena underwear is very hard to find in my area. However, I gladly pay the slightly higher price for them when I can find them!

I am on a water pill and I wear these with an extra pad for extra security when I am out of the house. I only have an issue when I have loose bowel movements - they don't do well with that.
