Due to the medical/surgical need to oblate over 100 cysts from my bladder wall, I am totally incontinent. Not a happy place to be. However, Tena overnight garments allow me to have a fairly normal and comfortable life style.

With the size change they dont fit,I order a monthly supply now I have to return this order and start trying other brands to get the same fit that I had used for years,so I dont like anything about the new size.

Fits perfectly and feels comfortable. I also use a pad with it since I don't "leak" I actually wet the panties. Both times I did, there were no leaks--just a very wet pad and heavy underwear. Still much better than just pads.

I use this product for overnight protection and sometimes during the day. I like that they are easy to put on and remove. It has the capacity I need for overnight use. I have a restful and confident night's sleep when wearing. these

The underwear is comfortable and fits well, however, it would be nice if it were more padded or could hold more in order that the underwear holds more and is less likely to leak.

This is the best product I have found. Now I use no other & will continue to use this product as long as needed. Congrats on a great help for those of us who have this problem!

There’s no way sm/med fits, squeezes and extremely TIGHT. I just lost $45.00 cannot wear them. I am a true size 8/10. Waste of money and very expensive and disappointed. Horrible!!

I've tried numerous overnight underwear briefs. NONE worked. I was in tears before finding Tena. The Tena underwear is very hard to find in my area. However, I gladly pay the slightly higher price for them when I can find them!

As the caregiver, I have ordered Tena Overnight Underwear for my wife who has Parkinson's disease. She has tried several others brands but likes these the best. From my perspective, these have also been the most successful.

I tried several brands of adult diapers at the beginning, but Tena easily beat out the others. Since I have to wear diapers, Tena is the only brand I buy. They have rarely leaked, and only because of extraordinary circumstances!
