These are the best Overnight Underwear that we have found. My wife is bedridden and so we use the Overnight Underwear on her. They are, by far, the best we have purchased. The quality is there and the absorption is wonderful. The aides who look after her all praise the Tena Underwear.

I have tried several different brand names and they all seem to have the same problem. They do not bring the padding all the way across the crotch area. It ends up bunching up in the center and unless you have it zeroed in, when you stand up and your bladder lets go, there is nothing there to stop it and there you stand in a puddle of embarrassment. With Tena Overnight, I do not have that problem. Their padding goes all the way across and their design keeps it from bunching up. Tena, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN TO SAVE MONEY. I know I pay more for the overnight than I would other brands, but if it keeps me from standing in embarrassing puddles, than so be it. Thank you Tena for meeting a larger woman's needs.
