I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. I have tried all the brands of underwear and pads and have found Tena to be the best. They are also the most economical. I got my 91 year old mother into them also and she loves them too. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

This product is for my mother. She has tried many different brands of overnight underwear but prefers TENA. The TENA underwear is more secure and leak resistant than other brands. The only improvement suggestion is to consider lowering the price for senior citizens who are on a fixed budget.

I ordered a small/medium and definitely received a SMALL. I'm sorry I believed in the specifications and ordered 80 of the Tena small/medium. I was ordering the large but they were too big so I thought the small/medium would be just right with the new sizing chart provided. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase Tena products.

Difficult to wrap around a man larger than yourself. Takes much too long. Please make the same inside the same in a shorts style that could be put on like regular underware? We need something that will last 9/10 hours of sleeping. I was assured by the sales girl that the black and white shorts would work. Not true. I called, and the next girl said the unisex were the best in shorts for both. They worked better, but not as well as the diaper style. Those are good for the bedridden. But the active man needs the coverage of the diaper style. Just put the larger inside a short style THANK YOU

My mother is very very happy with this product. She doesn't have to get up 3 or 4 times a night to change her pad so that it doesn't leak. The Tena overnight underwear do not leak which is quite a comfort to her. They are very comfortable, my mom has tried other overnight underwear which cut into the top of her legs. The sizing is excellent. But you do need to pay attention to the numbers when ordering this product. They are rather expensive but at this point seem to be a rather small price to pay for comfort and a better night's sleep. I would highly recommend them to others!

I have been using the TENA overnight underwear for over 8 months now. I had tried many including, Always. I have also tried the TENA pads. I am almost 76 and for me, I found that the overnight underwear were the most comfortable and provided the most secure protection. In fact, so much so, that I use them day and night. Yes, that makes it a little more expensive for me, but my peace of mind is worth it.

Unfortunately, I forgot to pack my Tena overnight panties for a trip and was forced to buy a competing national brand. What a mistake! The competing brand claimed to be extra-super absorbent but actually leaked around the legs and the capacity seemed to be about half of what Tena holds. Now my Tena products are packed before anything else, as I don't want to have another embarrassing experience - ever! I've been wearing the Tena overnight panties for five years and will never switch.

My mother is in the nursing home and has been using the Tena Women's Underwear for several years now. She prefers them to the one provided by the nursing home, as they fit more comfortably and are more absorbent which help prevent leaking. The fit is more like natural underwear and not revealing when she wears them. I recommend Tena products whenever asked.

Good product, reliably made and well designed for purpose. Ease of putting on and removing after use is excellent. Recent manufacturer re-standardization of sizes (when what was formerly designated Size Large became instead Size XL -- or, to put it another way, if one kept buying Size L, one began to receive a smaller size product) was not effectively communicated during the transition when both old and new sizings were simultaneously being sold, and a star has been deducted for that. Otherwise, if one can be sure of the sizing, this product is highly recommended as effective and easy to use.

Usually an excellent product with superior protection, but I noticed with my recent order that the large size now fits like a medium. Unfortunately I can't wear them, so I'm going to have to return them and purchase the XL. To give an idea of the fit change: I was able to wear the large comfortably for 3 years. Today I'm 10 lbs lighter, so I should still be able to fit them. However, I cannot squeeze into them without ripping the seams. Another regular customer noticed the same thing.
