These are sized very small. I wear a Large in other brands, but this L is almost impossible to pull on and then rolls down it is so tight. The description said better fit. I bought 4pkgs because the price was so much better in quantity. Now I have three unopened pkgs I suppose I will have to drag inside the store for a refund. Not happy. The size description gave no clear indication or warning that a L is the same size as a S/M but that is what it seems the pkg indicates.

Other pull-ups panty design has a lot to be desired. Theses also need some extra attention. These are for over night. Yet they leak when laying down. The urine runs up between your butt cheeks and out the top back of the diaper. Also the breathable areas need to be absorbant as well. Basically they all leak. Theses leak less and the panty covers the whole behind. Unlike some that is almost like a very wide thong.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!

I like this product. It does as advertised. The only thing I would like is if you would have better sizing. The large is too large, the next size down is advertised as sml/med. I would like to see the medium sized as medium and the small sized as small. Otherwise it's g good product.

I have tried several different brand names and they all seem to have the same problem. They do not bring the padding all the way across the crotch area. It ends up bunching up in the center and unless you have it zeroed in, when you stand up and your bladder lets go, there is nothing there to stop it and there you stand in a puddle of embarrassment. With Tena Overnight, I do not have that problem. Their padding goes all the way across and their design keeps it from bunching up. Tena, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN TO SAVE MONEY. I know I pay more for the overnight than I would other brands, but if it keeps me from standing in embarrassing puddles, than so be it. Thank you Tena for meeting a larger woman's needs.

I purchased these pads no where did it show the size other than large. I opened them and they were way too small. When I checked the pkg it had in small print 32-42”. The previous pads I had were large and the size listed in small print is 39-52”. . Those fit perfect. Can I return the ones that are way too small? The difference in size on the large should be in large print to bring attention to it!!

I like the feeling of a pant rather than a diaper with the stretch briefs, and these don't leak like the briefs do. They are comfortable to wear if I am going out during the day and I have that extra padding so I don't have accidents. I like all of the Tena products I have used and recommend them to my friends regularly.

Always trying other brands because of price. Well as I tell myself why!! Tena fits and I want it to fit and feel like good old fashioned underwear. Not those bikini style, I'm too old for those and I don't like them!!!! Wish they could lower the price, but I'm tired of shopping around. Tena from now on for me..

These are great for my sensitive skin. I don’t experience irritation like I did with Depends. That said, I do experience leaking onto my garments at nite, which I never did with Depends. Perhaps they need to be thicker or redesigned in some way to stop that. Otherwise, this is a great product.

The Overnignt panties are so great. I feel so secure and when I know that I will really use them through the night. If I am out for the evening, I add a long pad to make sure that I am safe and will not feel any sudden flows. Such a relief to order online and have them delivered regularly and feel that Tena really takes care of me.
