Finally found an effective diaper. I've got prostate related total incontinence and I've been going nuts trying to find a diaper that lasts more than an hour or two before it starts leaking. I can get 4 to 5 hours dependably from these Tena Overnight underwear. If the elastic around the legs were a little wider and tighter they'd be even better. Recommend highly.

My mother is in the nursing home and has been using the Tena Women's Underwear for several years now. She prefers them to the one provided by the nursing home, as they fit more comfortably and are more absorbent which help prevent leaking. The fit is more like natural underwear and not revealing when she wears them. I recommend Tena products whenever asked.

I have been using Tena overnight underwear for several months now. This product has greater coverage and leak control than any other product I have found. I am stuck on this for life, as I can envision no improvement. Thank you for being thorough in your design.

I like this product. It does as advertised. The only thing I would like is if you would have better sizing. The large is too large, the next size down is advertised as sml/med. I would like to see the medium sized as medium and the small sized as small. Otherwise it's g good product.

I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. I have tried all the brands of underwear and pads and have found Tena to be the best. They are also the most economical. I got my 91 year old mother into them also and she loves them too. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

I have been using the TENA overnight underwear for over 8 months now. I had tried many including, Always. I have also tried the TENA pads. I am almost 76 and for me, I found that the overnight underwear were the most comfortable and provided the most secure protection. In fact, so much so, that I use them day and night. Yes, that makes it a little more expensive for me, but my peace of mind is worth it.

Unfortunately, I forgot to pack my Tena overnight panties for a trip and was forced to buy a competing national brand. What a mistake! The competing brand claimed to be extra-super absorbent but actually leaked around the legs and the capacity seemed to be about half of what Tena holds. Now my Tena products are packed before anything else, as I don't want to have another embarrassing experience - ever! I've been wearing the Tena overnight panties for five years and will never switch.

My 94 year old mom has been using your product for the 11 years. The intimate overnight XL size underwear. They fit her very comfortable ,protect her well during the day and hold up well at night. Leakage occurs if she wakes up late. Your design is great for her although I miss those 14 underwear packs and am disappointed in the price increase. This particular TENA fits mom the best

I’ve been using this Tena brand for the last 4 yrs. I won’t have it no other way. I urinate quite often since my stroke. I don’t get up no more in the middle of the night. This is definitely life changing for me. It has gotten so bad when I take my legs out if the bed it’s started streaming down I can’t never make it to the bathroom. This is my first time ordering 80 count. It’s 10 per bag. I normally get 64 count. I’m very happy. I thought it was misprint but I went in and ordered them anyway. Please Walmart make this a priority item for every incontinent person out there. This is best brand out there, and it holds at least 9 or 10 oz of urine. I’ve used a lot of brands but none of them compare to these. Walmart is the only one that sells this brand online that I can use my health benefit card. Thank you and keep in stock please.

My mother is 88 years old with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is experiencing incontinence issues. This Tena overnight product is a God saver. The absorbency of this overnight panty is the most we've experienced so far. There is never any leakage and through the night mom's incontinence problem is solved. We would be lost without this product. Sometimes we also use the Tena overnight pads as an extra precaution because mom does not wake up at night to go to bathroom. We highly recommend both Tena products.
