App and camera are very kid friendly. Big enough to not lose small enough for those tinier hands. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kid friendly, mom approved!! For the record, I’m so old I had to check that the title of my review meant want I wanted it to. With that said, this camera is super cool ( at least /even to me. It’s not the greatest quality that an adult would want or expect, but it sufficient for young kids. It definitely has better quality with natural lighting and a steady hand. It also has built in kid fun features, like the selfie light, that make it even more fun. My boys 2 1/2, 5 1/2, 7, and 8 1/2 all are easy to operate this device and enjoy using it. Set up was initially slightly difficult for me, but I definitely think it was partially due to user error. It has a parent app and individual MyFirst device connectivity controls. As a parent I really like that this is “screen free” while not being screen free. It almost doesn’t make sense, if you know you know. I see more products and devices from this brand in our future for both my family and as gifts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great camera for my littles to enjoy!! I chose this to replace my 8 year olds first camera. He were due for something that is more durable, had more megapixels, easier buttons, and a touch screen. This camera checked all the boxes! The camera rubberized and has a great grip- I imagine will survive a few falls. I also love the neck and wrist strap for extra safety. It takes great pictures and was instantly intuitive for my child to navigate. Battery life and storage is great! The selfie light button is easy and gives off plenty of light. I will say, my only negative is the startup time to power up is so long. It takes about 30 seconds before you get to take pictures. It doesn’t seem to bother my child so I just be the impatient one. Otherwise it’s a great camera for kids!! Excited for my child to take this every where to take photos!

The second picture shows a box at the top that I have no clue how to get so I haven't signed up for the app. Wish it would have included a SD card or had bigger internal memory as well. Picture are okay quality but videos seem pixelated. My kids did figure out pretty good how to use it.

Comes with stickers to customize the outside how you like and comes in purple or blue. It comes with a wrist strap, lanyard and charger cord. Has templates to create videos and photos. A private diary where you can store photos and even share with family and friends. If you click and hold down on photos you can even add voice notes and edit to add doodles, filters and more. Definitely a cute first camera for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this camera has a lot going on. It has a built-in selfie light. This is super important because it doesn't take great photos in the dark. There is no other flash option. It connects to the wifi and can do updates which is nice. The system itself reminds me of a tablet how you connect to the app, upload photos to a family portal and adjust the settings. It is loud when it takes photos. I turned it down but sometimes I notice it still clicks loud. Setting up was easy. It took less than ten minutes to connect to wifi then start taking photos. I do like the video quality. Again, you need good lighting. I haven't tried an SD card but I've sent video and photos through the app. I wish there was an option to automatically upload the photos to the app as my child takes them. You have to individually upload each item. It includes stickers to decorate with. I highly recommend hiding them if your child is a "put stickers on every single surface" kid like mine. She put a sticker over the main lens and now we have a sticky residue on it, causing a blur. I would have rather not had stickers in the box, haha. Overall, it's a super cool kids camera. Honestly, produces the best photos from a "kids" device I've seen so far. The built in "case" feels like the unit will be protected from my toddlers.

The device has a nice case on it and has plenty of grip. I liked that it included both a lanyard for either their wrist or neck to give him options for carrying it. The initial set-up was fairly frustrating. In order to get any photos off of the camera you need to install an app. The app asks for a lot of permissions (including having access to listening to your phone calls, location, etc). It didn't give us a great safety impression. The app had trouble linking to the camera, but eventually through some troubleshooting we got it figured out. The camera doesn't have great photo or video quality and they're pretty grainy. But he doesn't seem to mind at all. The selfie light is incredibly bright and hurts my eyes, so we try to limit his use of that feature. It came with fun stickers to help him customize his camera. We were a little bummed that there wasn't more fun features for the camera like fun edits or filters. There were some virtual stickers that could be added to photos. There is a diary feature that can be locked with a pin number. And the option to share photos or videos to their private circle. Overall, we think it is a fun first camera for him. I think we may have to purchase a SD card for it so we can get photos off the camera without the app. I wish the features were a little more basic and kid friendly. But this will work well for taking on adventures until he's ready for his own phone/camera.

I has a variety of brightness that you can choose from. I like that you can filter and stickers to the pictures. The case that it comes with is a huge plus, especially since kids tend to drop stuff all the time. Instructions are easy and straight forward for kids to use. I love seeing all the things my daughter captures.

Honestly most kids have used their parents iPhones and know how to navigate the camera options.. so this is basically just that… but with camera only functions + fun options to add music, take videos and add frames! My kids are obsessed. The image quality is also really great, it's 1080p. I also love the thick cover to keep the camera safe, making it really durable!
