Set it up correctly (it’s not hard) however the instructions didn’t include any instructions for the felt pad that was included. It also said to take the WHITE cover off the needle. There’s a white rubber band with a CLEAR cover. Regardless, I get no sound out of the speakers. Volume is all the way up and I have to put my ear to it to FAINTLY hear my record. Thanks for the awesome Christmas gift, Sam’s Club.
