This is as July 28, 2026. Bought 4 cards, they arrived, loaded the cards into my AppleWallet with no issues. Balances as they should be. Good as advertised. No issues here. Whatever problems they had appears to be resolved. Ordered 2 more just to make sure; they worked similarly well. So I'm good to go on my trip with these handy gift cards for my trip.

2 out of the 3 outback giftcards did not work. Vendor website said go back to Sam's to activate, member's services says too bad after 20 minutes go see vendor, vendor has not responded. Don't buy giftcards at Sam's Club, not worth the embarrasment, time, or being disregarded by customer service.

I bought 3 cards and they were delivered to my house. The delivery person even asked me for ID. Went to Outback to eat and they said the cards were inactive and showed me proof. I showed the printed paper that Outback gave me to the Ocala store, and they would not help me. They made me feel like I was a liar. Now I'm out of $119.94.

Ordered two physical gift cards. Both arrived. Checked the Outback gift card balance website. Invalid number. Called Outback customer service and spoke to a person. Invalid number. Had to call Sams Club customer service to get a refund. Complete waste of time. Decided to order egift cards instead. Both worked.

Ordered two: kept one for myself and gifted the other. Was unable to use them because they were inactive. Spent over an hour on the phone and chat with Sam's to resolve the issue.

I bought two of these gift cards from Sam’s Club online and both physical cards were received. When using them at Outback, they showed inactive and could’t be used. Sam’s Club has since refused to issue a refund or issue new replacement gift cards.

Ordered 5 cards. When the package arrived, it was completely empty. Sam's could not replace because they were sold out by the time my order "arrived".

Ordered online and was sent a physical card. When I checked it, numbers were invalid. Will try to get a refund.

I purchased two $50.00 Outback Gift Cards. I gave them as a gift and cards were no good!!!! The couple call me to pay for their dinner over the phone. Because they trusted your gift cards to work!!!!! Sam’s Club is home of no service!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER delivered and they just keep giving me the runaround!
