The front has one design and then the back and sides have little designs. The inside is very durable and thick too to help prevent leaks. The sides tear easily for easy removal. They don’t bunch up under clothes so they don’t get embarrassed with having to wear a pull up.

It's light weight and even foldable so I can carry it in my purse when we do outings. He also wears it during night time and sleeps through the night with no issues.
