I bought this during Memorial Day weekend and we love it

Straight out of the box and it didn't work. The ignition clicked but would not lite on either setting.

We're really enjoying our new gas firepit. Really throws out a lot of heat and the flame is awesome too.

This is a great way to still enjoy the outside under my wraparound porch without burning the ceiling.

It works well, but I think it's way overpriced for what it is. My advice would be to wait for the price to drop before purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has been wanting a heater/fire pit for our redone deck. We’ve looked around at different brands and decided on the Ninja fireside 360. We absolutely Love it! So easy and simple to set up. Easily add the propane tank install the switch battery and go! We were able to sit outside for hours just enjoying the heat. The fire pit has the lava rocks that add to the ambience. The heater part definitely puts out the heat! we used it on low because it wasn’t that cool outside but I can definitely see using it on high when it’s winter time. I’m so excited to get to keep using our new deck even when it’s cold. And if we want we can easily move it for tailgating or parties to keep us warm. It’s 100 a winner in our book

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside360 has transformed our backyard evenings. The three modes (flame only / heat only / both) give you incredible flexibility depending on the weather, mood, or company. When both flame+heat are engaged, the unit boasts up to 80,000 BTUs of combined heat & flame — powerful enough to warm a larger group, and it truly lives up to the “360-degree” warmth promise. One of the biggest advantages: it’s virtually smokeless. No more shifting chairs away from a sneaky smoke puff, no ash cleanup, and no lingering smoky odor on clothes. That alone makes it vastly more pleasant than a traditional wood fire pit. Setup and control are super user-friendly. The simple dial control means turning it on/off and adjusting flame are a snap. The big downside is that a full propane tank will only last 5 hours if the heat and flame are on high, 14 hours if the heat and flame are on low or 28 hours with low flame and no heat.

Being the owner of many different styles of fire pits and other fire apparatus whether gas or wood. This thing is outstanding. Can't really say much more, it does everything you could imagine and more, think Napoleon Dynamite. However it really does the radiant heat on low is amazing for a 40° night. So far so good, thanks Ninja 👍

Easy to set up and easy to use. It definitely throws out some heat. It's definitely ideal for having little ones instead of an open flame. I love it. im so happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside 360 Outdoor Heater and Fire Pit is absolutely amazing! I love that I can use it for a fire pit or as a heater. It comes fully assembled. All you have to do is add the Ninja Rocks to the fire pit part, install the included battery for the starter knob, and hook up a propane tank. It so easy to use. I have no previous experience with lighting a fire pit but I was able to do the first time. It has great safety features like the base stays cool so it safe to be on a wood deck or on the grass. It puts of heat great too. I love that we can set around this fire pit on cool fall nights and still stay warmarm. It adds so much ambience to my backyard. I have even taken it to my brothers house to use for a party and it was easy to travel with. Just disconnect your gas tank first and its ready to go. If you love setting by the fire or need something to add some aesthetic to your deck the Ninja Fireaide 360 is for you!
