Straight out of the box and it didn't work. The ignition clicked but would not lite on either setting.

Came defective. Maybe thermocouple had issue but would not stay lit out even after swapping different propane tanks and following directions (pushing down for 10-30 seconds). Disappointed.

What a great fire pit!! But it does like to eat Propane !! But worth it

100 % recommend! easy assembly and puts off perfect heat! would definitely buy again!
