[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside360 has transformed our backyard evenings. The three modes (flame only / heat only / both) give you incredible flexibility depending on the weather, mood, or company. When both flame+heat are engaged, the unit boasts up to 80,000 BTUs of combined heat & flame — powerful enough to warm a larger group, and it truly lives up to the “360-degree” warmth promise. One of the biggest advantages: it’s virtually smokeless. No more shifting chairs away from a sneaky smoke puff, no ash cleanup, and no lingering smoky odor on clothes. That alone makes it vastly more pleasant than a traditional wood fire pit. Setup and control are super user-friendly. The simple dial control means turning it on/off and adjusting flame are a snap. The big downside is that a full propane tank will only last 5 hours if the heat and flame are on high, 14 hours if the heat and flame are on low or 28 hours with low flame and no heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of heat it puts out is absolutely impressive, even from about 15 feet away, you can really feel the warmth. The fire itself looks great on top, and the switches and overall operation are smooth and easy to use. The appearance is nice and modern, though I do have a couple of minor concerns. The exterior door that covers the propane tank seems to be made from a lower-quality aluminum, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time. Also, the lack of handles on the unit made it a bit tricky to move around. That said, once it’s set up and running, it performs really well. The heat output and flame presentation are excellent; definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a powerful, good-looking outdoor heater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside360 Outdoor Heater & Fire Pit is a beautiful and easy way to add heat and ambience to your outdoor gatherings! This has an amazing 80,000 BTUs of power when you use the combined heat and flame option. You can also choose heat only or flame only and you have full control on the temperature, the output and the flame size. It's weather resistant and only 40 pounds so you can move it around. I was really surprised that after turning it off the wire grill around the sides stays cool so it's has some great safety features. And it's so easy, hook up your propane, press either the flame or heat buttons and choose your settings, and you're good to go. I've never seen a fire pit heater option like this before this is absolutely amazing! Kudos to the Ninja brand! This is high-quality, top-notch, commercial quality, and very bougie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ninja fireside 360 is an absolute unit! It has a very nice matte black finish and looks very sleek in our outside entertainment area. This is not for inside, so make sure you have plenty of clearance in an outside area for this item. It takes propane and fires right up. You can adjust the heat as well as the actual fire; you have the option to do one or the other independent of each other also. The heat it pushes out is excellent! You can't go wrong with this ninja fireside. I was provided this item in exchange for my honest review by Influenster.

Super high quality, yet easy to move around. Love that it’s both a heater and fire pit. So nice for chilly nights, but we love it with our morning coffee too! Our whole family loves it and we have used it everyday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ninja Fireside360 Outdoor Heater & Fire Pit for free through an influencer program, and let me tell you, it's everything I didn't know I needed for my backyard! From the moment we lit it up, the ambience was absolutely magical. The flames danced beautifully, the heat wrapped around us like a warm hug, and the night instantly felt special. We roasted marshmallows, made gooey s'mores, and just enjoyed the moment together under the stars. What I love most is how easy it is to control the flame and heat settings. Whether you want a soft glow for mood lighting or full warmth for those chilly nights, it adjusts effortlessly. The best part? It's smokeless, hassle-free, and cleanup is basically nonexistent. Just turn the dial, relax, and enjoy. If you're looking to add instant luxury, comfort, and a touch of magic to your outdoor space — this little powerhouse is it. Highly recommend the Ninja Fireside360!

It was super easy to assemble and set up, and just as easy to use. The heat output is excellent – you can use it to warm from below or even place a fire on top for extra effect. On top of that, it looks stylish in the backyard and creates such a cozy atmosphere. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!
