Nice item to have. The material is great as I have the option to use both sides depending on the texture of my hair.

Very soft but wish it was adjustable bc its a bit big, also silk should be on the inside to protect the hair

I use a CPAP and I move a lot in my sleep so I started to loss hair and this keeps the head gear from pulling on my hair!

The quality is undoubtedly good but it's sized a little too big. It comes off during sleep.
