I've tried for years to wear silk caps at night, but no matter how much money I've spent, I could never find one that didn't squeeze my head so tightly that I'd usually end up taking them off in the middle of the night because they gave me a headache.

I have always wished that my hair should be as soft as it is whenever I use the conditioner after showering. I finally used this for the first time the other night. I was originally concerned because of the comments from people about it being large and falling off. I have a smaller head and very thin, fine hair and I had no issue with it. It worked great at keeping my hair from frizzing and holding it's style. Nice fabric and it's comfortable.

No more "morning hair" for me with this wonder cap. My hair stays fresh longer, so I wash it less frequently and keep water damage to a minimum. It is pretty big, as other reviewers mentioned. Crafty ladies can easily adjust it to their liking, though. I have medium length fine, dry, damaged hair. I use silk side and can see a difference in my hair condition from week one. If someone don't like an idea of wearing a cap at night, try silk/bamboo pillow case also sold at NIGHT.

Pretty good but could be better with a tighter fit. The elastic isn't enough to keep the cap on completely in place over my thin, fine hair. It usually stays on my head but slides around my head throughout the night. On the plus side, the extra fabric often comes down over my eyes doubling as an eye mask when falling asleep!

This cap is awesome. I noticed a big difference with my morning hair after wearing. I have thin and fine hair so wearing this at night keeps my sad hair smoother and doesn't give me crazy bed head. The only problem is because I have fiber and thin hard this cap is a little big and slides off.

This is a very nice quality cap. It feels soft. It is huge. I have shoulder length very curly hair. Even if I put all my hair under the cap, it is very loose. I didn't get the purpose of the cap. It doesn't protect from nothing, and it doesn't keep my hair in shape while sleeping. Still, it is fun to wear around the house sometime :-)

I've had this bonnet for about a week. I bought it for the silk side; however I have woken up HOT in the middle of the night each night I've gone to sleep wearing this bonnet. I believe it's the rayon side that is preventing heat to escape.I wouldn't recommend this, unless the person gets cold easily/is looking for something that will also keep them warm.
