This is a homeopathic chewable tablet for ages 6 and up. My 9 year old son had a mild cold recently, so these came in handy. The cherry flavor made it easy for him to take twice a day while he was feeling poorly. I can't say if these were the exact reason my son got better quickly, but his symptoms were not as severe as they typically are, and he seemed to recover a bit quicker. These really seemed to help with his congestion and sore throat so we will be using them to help fight future cold symptoms. I appreciate a homeopathic treatment that works!

My daughter took the cold care for three days. After those days were up, she began to feel much better. I was not at all familiar with the brand, but I’m glad we got to test it out. it works great, and she approved of the flavor.

It did seem to help some with his symptoms but I'm not sure it shortened the duration at all. I'm undecided on if it is something I will continue to give my son.

This medicine my son took one of the tablets and he said his voice started feeling better after taking one one them he said it had a taste of cherry and was nice to chew on really recommend it for anyone looking for something to help their sore throats and coughing. The little boy complained these were too sour, but his mom said that it did seem to lessen the severity of his cold this time around. She was also a little surprised that the box contained so few chewables inside (only 10!)

I gave them the Umcka at the first sign of their cold. Usually they have the cold for a week but using Umcka helped them only have symptoms for 4-5 days.
