The knives sit in die‑cut recesses and lift straight out once the rear plastic is loosened, so any dullness you noticed - especially on the middle knife - comes from normal factory variation, not damage from the package.<br />The middle knife (the Paraframe) is built with a thicker, more rugged blade, so it often feels less sharp out of the box compared to the other two. A quick clean or light hone usually brings the edge right up. If it still doesn’t perform the way you expect, our warranty can take care of it.
