Excellent machine I had a magic chef one years back this rca is much easier to use very quiet. This machine is very deceiving I thought It was smaller tub but you can fit a full load inside it's like a newer compact design. I washed about 5 full size towels and wash 5 wash cloths a nice size load. It really washes great. Best feature is it actually fills all the way up in the tub with water for thorough washing the magic chef brand didnt do that even on the large load seating. This rca is light weight these portable use to be little heavy. I did put it on the wheeled dollie to move around but it's very easy light to move as a Middle age women I was surprised. A great machine buy now don't wait. I wish I would of got it awhile ago it makes laundry very easy to do when your in a apartment. Best thing no more lugging laundry to the washery up down stairs. RCA I think makes a very good portable washer. Very pleased with this product.

I had an older model of this one, and when it finally did its last load, I got the updated version. Word of caution: if you live in an upstairs apartment without an elevator, please have help or a dolly(hand truck, etc) to get it up the stairs. It is not easy to maneuver in the packaging. Easy to set up, though. Had my first load started within an hour after delivery. I washed five loads in one day and it's so quiet. Of course, the old one was a bit loud after being abused for several years, so now I can have a conversation again while doing laundry.

I absolutely love this portable washer. It is the same exact version as the Magic Chef one that I had for years prior it fits a pretty substantial amount of clothing and can definitely keep up with the demand of multi person household. I had no issues installing very simple directions. I like that the lint filter in the drum is easy to access and clean out Only times I have found any issues partly due to operator error and the drain filter can get clogged pretty easily especially if there’s something left in someone’s pockets like paper or the dog bed rips while it’s washing, it can get clogged but easy to fix

I highly recommend this washing machine. I LOVE how clean my clothes look and smell.Ive washed 3 pairs of jeans 3 to 4 shirts socks in one load, does great .I can fit 3 bathrobes or 5 bath towels just fine. The machine is really quiet and it spins the cloths very well.I do a load everyday, hang them to dry..That is until I buy my portable dryer ,I will only need to use the dryer to fluff my clouths. I did my research and watched and read all the reviews BEFORE I chose this brand and I'm so happy I I have mine,Life changer for me ,I hated going to the laundry mat twice a week on my days off .I know I will save so much money,I already have.

I’ve done 5 loads already and it’s a great size not to small and not to big, the spinner is really great gets all the water out and I can have my cloths dry within 2-3 hours of hang dry jeans will take about 5-6 hours, the only downside is that after doing these few loads I realized I need a lint trap on my hose drain because the inner trap doesn’t catch a lot of the lint.

I had an apartment size washer that I bought 8 years ago but it can't compare to this great little machine! It has many different settings, as well as a much bigger load size fir an apartment setting! I am buying my neighbor one too! We live in a senior community and we can't carry to laundry nor can you trust the home health aids to do the laundry without ruining our clothing! Best deal that I have found and I have researched thoroughly! Great job RCA and Walmart! Thank you so much!

I love this washer! It is attractive, runs quiet, and has made life a lot more convenient. As many clothes that fit inside of the washer also perfectly fill my drying rack. The only issues I've had was finding right hose adapter for my bathroom sink and a small leak under the sink while the washer wasn't taking water. Other than that the set up was extremely easy and running washer was pretty straight forward.

I received my RCA 1.6 cu.ft washer almost 3 weeks ago. It had 2 tiny dents of no fault to Walmart but, thank you FEDEX. It came with everything you need( except Dolly). Which I didn't need once I placed in its new home right next to the kitchen sink. Install was very very simple. I was washing clothes 10 minutes after. The tub is bigger than I thought!! Be sure NOT to over load, the spin cycle will definitely let you know, it will start banging. I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE how the washer spins clothes almost dry..... AWESOME!! NO MORE LAUNDROMAT. I can wash a load or 2 in the morning, put it on the line, come home and take them off, wash another load, put it on line and take off in the morning. Im just soooooo Happy.

I've run 9 loads so far in this machine. Most were the 15-minute quick wash, which uses 0.03 kW-hr of electricity, so it's about 3 loads for a penny and the water is included in my condo fee. The machine has about 8 different cycles but I probably will only use normal and quick wash. I hook it to the kitchen sink and wouldn't attempt to use the bathroom sink because the machine discharges water faster than the drain can handle and it would be all over the floor. The kitchen sink fills 4" when the washer drains but that is fine. I'm happy with the way it cleans my clothes and it holds a nice amount of clothes for a portable washer. It has wheels to help with portability but they're so small they don't roll well on carpet so I'm using 4 furniture glides under the feet to slide it from my storage closet to my kitchen and back. They work OK for now but I may build a rolling dolly like I used with my old Haier machine.

I received this item on the 26th and just hooked it up. it's coming on, but it is not spinning whwn i try to wash a load, is it supposed to? I read the manual and it says to perform a rinse spin cycle and that worked, and it was spinning, but it will not spin while trying to do a load, and the water isn't staying in the washer, it isn't leaking, its just not staying in the tub, what am I not doing correctly please?
