The app is slow and glitches. Within the app it says the cameras connected to a child's profile yet from the camera it says it is not minded to anything so wont yet you use any function but taking photos.

The photos turn out great with good lighting. The only downside is it does not have a flash, but it does have a selfie light for taking selfies with good lighting. Great for all kids that are too young for a phone just yet.

He's 6 and has already started making his little vlogs and loves taking pictures outside. The camera has 3 brightness levels for the selfie camera and it's also touch screen! It comes with 2 attachable lanyards to make it easily portable and a charger as well. He can create his own diaries and even add fun stickers on his pictures. We do have his app synced to the app to let him edit videos and voice overs. As a parent I love that I can hand him a device that's safe for kids and allows him to express himself.

This is a really fun gadget for the kids but it is lacking sufficient instructions. After the initial set up, it's not clear how the posts and the overall ecosystem works. If you're already familiar with the myFirst ecosystem, then it would seem self explanatory. But since this was our first product, it wasn't intuitive. Once we figured out what posting actually meant, we were able to download/save digital photos on my phone for easy sharing. The touchscreen isn't super responsive sometimes, and there seems to be a lag time in loading. The overall use of the device is easy enough for my 6yr old to understand. The pictures taken from this camera are more clear than the other kid cameras she has had in the past. I like that it has a selfie light, but it still isn't bright enough for a quality picture in low light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this camera has a lot going on. It has a built-in selfie light. This is super important because it doesn't take great photos in the dark. There is no other flash option. It connects to the wifi and can do updates which is nice. The system itself reminds me of a tablet how you connect to the app, upload photos to a family portal and adjust the settings. It is loud when it takes photos. I turned it down but sometimes I notice it still clicks loud. Setting up was easy. It took less than ten minutes to connect to wifi then start taking photos. I do like the video quality. Again, you need good lighting. I haven't tried an SD card but I've sent video and photos through the app. I wish there was an option to automatically upload the photos to the app as my child takes them. You have to individually upload each item. It includes stickers to decorate with. I highly recommend hiding them if your child is a "put stickers on every single surface" kid like mine. She put a sticker over the main lens and now we have a sticky residue on it, causing a blur. I would have rather not had stickers in the box, haha. Overall, it's a super cool kids camera. Honestly, produces the best photos from a "kids" device I've seen so far. The built in "case" feels like the unit will be protected from my toddlers.

He loved to take picture he is 7 year old and love to click photos and the time he got this one . He takes this camera everywhere with him and it's great start up camera for learning and the most amazing thing about this it captures really nice quality pictures like an adult or proper photography . I just loved how this whole thing made soo nicely and carefully it's soo delicate yet soo well made for kids handling and safety . Everything is soo on point I just loved the whole thing about this little kids camera.

I had issues trying to connect it to my Wi-Fi. Kept getting an alert about android so I was unable to install any update it needed. I love the lanyard and wrist band it comes with for easy carrying.

My daughter absolutely loved taking videos and pictures but I'm not comfortable letting her use Snapchat and TikTok so this is a great way for her to still be able to do those things she loves without the toxicity of those apps. She loves the editing features to play around with different lightings and filters as well as the stickers. She has decorated the outside of the camera and is loving it! It seems to be pretty durable with a soft almost silicone type plastic on the outside. Only complaint is that it is a little basic but as a kids camera, it's decent and very nice for children. We love it!

It's beyond tough! It's a wonderful creative tool. The grandkids love the stickers and the selfie light and the voice journal is a unique touch. It's versatile enough to bridge the gap between toddlers and preteens perfectly. It allows me to see the world in a w new way through a child's eyes.
