Thank you for your review!

Thank you for recognizing the value we offer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Amy. We're delighted to hear that you find the water fantastic in the glass bottle, but we're sorry to learn that the plastic bottle did not provide the same experience. We understand how disappointing it can be when the carbonation doesn't seem to last as long or deliver the same level of sparkle you enjoy from the glass packaging. We appreciate you taking the time to share these observations, as customer feedback like yours helps us better understand preferences and expectations. Thank you for giving both options a try!

Hi Cynthia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding plastic packaging and appreciate you voicing your preference for glass bottles. The safety and quality of our products are very important to us. All of our packaging materials are designed to meet applicable regulatory requirements for food and beverage contact. We also value customer feedback and will share your comments regarding packaging preferences with our team. We're sorry to hear that the transition from glass to plastic has impacted your experience with Saratoga Sparkling Spring Water, and we appreciate your honest input. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear the plastic bottles didn’t deliver the same refreshing sparkle you enjoyed before. We truly value your input and will share it with our team as we work to improve consistency across packaging. We appreciate you giving us another try and hope we can do better for you next time.
