Loving the s760h. Easy to set up and use. Has all the features I wanted and need. Just wish the remote was back lit.

I purchased this to replace a 19 year old Harmon Kardon receiver. I presumed newer AVRs could not sounds as good as the old tech. I was very wrong. This Denon receiver far exceeds my expectations. I am totally satisfied with the features and the sound quality.

Being in the audiophile space for more than a decade now, I needed to replace my Sony AVR because of updated technologies, including AirPlay, Bluetooth, Atmos, etc. I’ve had Denon equipment since the start, and wanted to bring my Denon setup full circle with my AVR, as my Sony’s Bluetooth crapped out years ago. This AVR has been an interesting update for me just based on technology and ease-of-use. Some Pros for the AVR (not in order): 1. Big knobs 2. Very customizable 3. Denon App 4. Airplay 5. Easy initial setup Cons: 1. Challenging menus 2. Long start-up when turned on 3. Works better with airplay via Mac w/ complicated systems (my Xbox, Mac, record player are all going to this thing) 4. Remote does not glow in the dark or light up? V basic remote for dark rooms. Overall I think I picked a great receiver, but there is a learning curve coming from a more basic Atmos setup to something like this.

This is my first Denon receiver, and I’m thrilled to say that it’s not going to be my last. I made this purchase because it boasts three HDMI ports that support 4K/120Hz (or 8K/60Hz) passthrough, and it works flawlessly. I tested this with my Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch 2, and there were no issues whatsoever with the passthrough functionality. The controller and menu are both very functional, and I particularly appreciate the ability to customize the input names to my liking. Overall, I highly recommend this receiver!

The gear is mediocre- but the company is an absolute zombie company - trying to cancel an order is impossible - this company is set up to take you money - and if you have any issues you disappear into a miasma of lawyers incompetence…. . it like they studied the US Postal service model and said : that’s us !!!
