We wanted to love this mattress. So many things are perfect. Comfort is real. BUT the edges on the sides are not strong enough. We keep rolling if we’re too close. I actually fell out of the bed one night. We’ll be speaking with GB about another one. I’m disabled so I need an excellent mattress. I’m 5’6” and 190 pounds.

I have been disappointed in this mattress. It feels very cool to the touch at first, but it quickly heats up. It's not nearly as soft as I had anticipated. I do have less back pain than my previous all memory foam mattress; however, I have not seen an improvement in my sleep patterns. My wife feels the same way. We are still deciding whether or not to return it. If I am feeling this hot now in winter, I worry about how bad it will be in summer! But, I will say that the mattress appears well made.

My wife bought this because she has sleeping issues. We have a 5 year old that still sleeps with us most nights. Since we bought this, everyone sleeps well. You can legit jump on one end of the bed and not feel a thing on the other end. That alone was worth it for me.

This bed arrived neatly packaged, earlier than expected and has become a place I never want to leave. The mattress is cooling and soo comfortable! Some of the sheets I’ve tried do come off during the night because the mattress is so slick but I think with deeper pockets, we can easily fix that. Get this mattress. You won’t be disappointed.

Purchased the King Luxe and two adjustable bases. After a minor hiccup with one of the bases (customer service was very helpful and provided a solution), my wife and I couldn’t be happier. The king luxe is as advertised and very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed with a GhostBed.

This bed was just to firm for us. It was nice and cool but we needed a softer bed. Ghost bed was great to work with and we exchanged this bed for the Ghost bed 3D Matrix at a slightly higher price, but greatly reduced from the normal price. We love love love the 3D Matrix.

Buying process was simple! This bed is as described; it has a cool feel that won’t keep you warm like other mattresses. It has the right amount of firmness (for me anyway). My only complaint, is I should have purchased a queen size rather than the full size. No ones fault but mines. Overall, I really really like this mattress and believe you will too.

Upon initial receipt of this product I was overjoyed. This quickly changed when unboxing the bed. After unwrapping it (not cutting the vacuum seal as the instructions mention) my bed popped open abruptly, not giving me time to appropriately place it on my bed and knocking me, along with other things in the room around. The bed was not in fact, vacuum sealed like it should have been. During COVID this was alarming but I was told not to worry, after contacting Ghostbed and having someone get back with me 2 weeks later. The bed itself was initially nice, comfy, and cool to the touch (when I first laid on it). This has not lasted. I have only had the bed for a month and it has not been my favorite so far. I am trying to give it ample time for my body to adjust but it was not the amazing bed I thought. My back and neck actually hurt more now than when I got the bed. I’m hoping my body is just taking longer to adjust and I will eventually love it. I guess time will tell...

Worth every penny. Just the right firmness. Not too firm, not too soft. You melt into this bed. The center 1/3 of the bed has a little more soft memory foam to accommodate the trunk of your body. I can't get enough of this bed. It has become my go to spot in the house. I would highly recommend!
