I have had my bed now for almost a month. It has been sitting in the box still in the plastic in my spare room waiting for the foundation. I have been given two different dates for shipment and still nothing. Last e-mail I sent about returning the bed has still not been answered. On top of all this when I can return it I have to pay a restocking fee for something I didn’t even use and has never been removed from the box. I was offered a free mattress cover for my inconvenience so I said ok I will wait. Well still no foundation and now cover!!! We recently moved, room was painted and I can’t even put my bed together because no foundation.

Upon receiving the mattress, I opened it up and let it expand for over 48 hours. The corners still weren't filling out as they should. I unzipped the cover and manually fluffed it up. The bed seemed to take shape at this point. That's the only reason I did not give this a 5 star review. My fiancé and I are completely satisfied with the comfort and coolness of this mattress. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a ghost bed begrudgingly as I don't like making major purchases without having the ability to try it out. I have thoroughly enjoyed sleeping on this bed. Super underrated are the pillows. I hate down and these pillows are perfect I use to use 4 pillow to sleep so I ordered 4 ghost pillows but I only use one to sleep because they are so firm and comfortable. The bed spread is awesome as I have always had issues tearing off my bed spread while I sleep but that hasn't been an issue at all with your bed spread. The mattress has been perfect for me. I haven't slept this well since I was a kid.

Took me some time to get used to the new feel. Had a very firm spring matress before, girlfriend has always hated it. First night she was living the new bed. Took me about 2 weeks to adjust. The bed is in the former side of memory foam for the ones I have tried, whichI like. Springs back very quickly and you don’t feel trapped in a hole like a lot of others. I’m hopeful for the summer month that th bed will sleep cool as advertised. So far no overheating in the winter months though. Also I recommend the matress protector. Not noisey and fits great! Nice to feel protected from spills. The Ghost pillows we had before the bed and pair with the matress great. Side note: the deals they run say free pillow, these are not ghost pillows but nature sleep pillows. Still very nice, but I like the ghost pillow more.

As someone who struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep the Ghost Bed has been a great help with this! It took about a week or so to get used to the change from a conventional spring type mattress to the Ghost Bed. I bought the Luxe and love that I am not ripping blankets off in the middle of the night due to feeling like I'm sleeping in a toaster. I'd recommend getting the Luxe if you sleep hot. My kids think they each need a Ghost Bed now, too!

This mattress is super comfortable. At first it felt like it sinked a bit but after a couple of days it became a bit better, it also does a good job at staying cool. Its also pretty good at isolating vibrations since I had to share the matress once or twice so far and not felt any disruptions due to their movement (if only it came with noise canceling tech for their snoring tho)

Ever since we got our ghostbed, I have had a pretty consistant sleep schedule. I feel rested up and ready to go the next day! All the features that it provides, though a bit over the top and not necessarily needed, are what make this bed a one-of-a-kind product and one I highly recommend!!!

We have had our Luxemattress for one month now and are thrilled with how it sleeps. It is so much cooler and more comfortable than our past memory foam mattresses. The sides are firm, there really is a nice bounce and you sink in just enough for side sleepers....and again the coolness is iincredible. You will not wake up sweating and tossing and turning in the middle of the night. Customer service was also great. We had our order delayed for two months to align with our bed frame delivery and when that arrived four weeks early (without notice) it only took one call and Ghostbed expedited our order.

Really like the bed but can't seem to find that sweet spot. My back has never felt better while sleeping on this bed I can't say enough good about that. I have come across a couple things that bother me I seem to be getting a stuck feeling while I sleep. When I try to move it takes a couple extra seconds to get out of the spot I was in which kind of ruins your sleep state. Other than that and a few minor things I relay like the bed.

We have had our GhostBed Luxe for 30 days now. I LOVE IT! It is firm and soft at the same time, but a bit more on the firm side than we expected. For me it supports my hips and back without feeling like a board or sinking in too far. I am not waking up in pain as before. Husband doesn’t hate it or love it necessarily. He prefers a really super soft bed, but does like this much better than our previous. The best thing is that I can finally sleep cool without kicking off all of my covers! It doesn’t hold in the heat like previous mattresses. AND I absolutely love the Ghost Pillows! I may be ordering another one for me. I only wish the pillow came in king size!!!
