Yes they most certainly do! At least in mattress form. With the ability to keep me sleeping the whole night being not too soft and not too hard. The adjustable frame is definitely a must need as it will accommodate any position. Netflix and chill in this bed will take it to the next level.

I'm in awe over how comfortable and cool to the touch this bed is! At first, I was skeptical over it being a cooling mattress since I've dealt with those dreaded hot spots my entire adult life while sleeping. It feels great to actually sleep through the night without waking up sweating or having to search for the cool spot on the bed. I should also note that my back has not been in pain since switching to the Ghostbed LUXE.

Couldn’t be happier with our recent purchase. The adjustable settings coupled with Ghost Bed’s mattress makes for a perfect night sleep. My wife loves the zero gravity setting with a slight adjustment and I enjoy the variety of bed positions as well. What makes this bed so special is the support and comfort you experience each time. Compared to other leading brands the Ghost Bed runs a little cooler and has more support and firmness. This isn’t to say that it’s hard but rather a slow molding to your frame as you rest. My wife and I were hoping the GhostLux mattress and the adjustable frame would finally help us get a good night’s sleep. We could be happier. My wife sleeps hot and was worried about the temperature of the mattress. It’s actually cool to the touch! The adjustable frame allowed me to sleep without the fear of acid reflux! But, best of all, we are sleeping though the night, experiencing a more restful sleep, and no longer waking with hip, shoulder, or other joint pain. We were not disappointed in any way! Absolutely love our new GhostBed Luxe! Wasn't sure at first how I would like it, but it has turned out to be the best bed we've ever had. Have yet to wake up with a sore back. Fantastic! Highly recommend purchasing one. My wife loves it too! Helps to keep her cool at night.

I was worried this bed would He too soft but its actually perfect and allows my wife and I to comfortably sleep on our back or side. The silk pillow cases are incredible and the pillows are fantastic as wells. I love that the sheets are super tight and don’t slip off. After a ton of research we are very happy With ghost bed and have no regrets

So far only had it for a few weeks but we both love it. We are both hot sleepers and not once have we had a issue with being hot with our new bed. Even the pets love the cooling properties of it!! It's little more firm then I am use to but the comfort is great we both don't wake up hurting. So it's working out great so far! Best decision we made!!

Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of this bed. In terms of overall comfort, I have not had a bad nights sleep yet. There is the perfect balance between softness and firmness in the mattress. Additionally, it was a pleasant surprise that the cooling system built into the bed really does work. You can actually feel how the bed is cool to the touch and remains so even throughout the night. This is something that I did not expect as I have bought cooling pillows in the past that did not live up to the promise. Finally, the GhostBed mattress is a good break on the traditional spring mattress. On the whole, I am very surprised as GhostBed offers a fantastic mattress at a lower price then many of their competitors.

This is neither a pro nor a con since people require varying levels of comfort, but this mattress is too firm for me. My lower and mid back pain is as bad as ever. On a scale of 1- 10, I'd rate it a 9 when lying down. It behaves differently while lying down vs sitting. Pro: It is easy to find a cool spot when you get too hot. Con: I didn't expect to get too hot since so much focus is placed on the cooling technology. Pro: The set-up was easy. Pro: There was no smell upon opening. Con: The mattress edges are super soft, offering zero edge support. On day one, I sat on the side of the bed the way I've done a million times in my life and slipped right off. I wasn't prepared for there to be no support so, BE CAREFUL sitting on this mattress. Con: The mattress is slippery. I tried 3 different sets of sheets and they all slip around and cause irritating bunching of the material on the sleep surface. I find myself trying to fix it in my half-aware sleep state. When I get up for restroom breaks, I walk around the entire bed pulling the fitted sheet back down to create a smooth surface. Unfortunately, and in short order, it goes right back to bunching.

Best bed I've ever owned. The amazing part is I had no idea how much better sleep I could get on a good mattress. This one definitely delivers! The temperature regulation is as advertised and does it's job keeping me less sweaty at night. Overall very impressive bed.
