It is not too soft as other mattress on the market which I used . Good support for my back

So very soft . not as thick of a mattress as the one it is replacing. But it seems good so far .

This bed is super comfortable and keeps really cool at night so happy with this.

very uncomfortable , you slide off the edge of the bed, wake up with backache ,shoulder pain

Bed is still taking some getting used to. The pillows are amazing!
