I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. Thanks!

We love our new bed! It got here very fast, sooner than expected and was very easy to open and put on our bed. We did have to let it air out a few days for the chemical smell but we knew that ahead of time from other reviews. It is sooooo comfortable to sleep on! It hugs you but still stays firm enough. We also got the ghost pillows which we ! We got the memory foam pillows as an additional purchase and I would not recommend those. They are stiff but do not give great support. Highly recommend Ghost bed for the comfort, quality and price!

This was the first time I ever purchased a mattress that came in a box. I was a little skeptical at first on how something that is vacuum sealed could be that comfortable. I did my research & this company was highly rated. The Flex seemed to be a very popular choice amongst consumers. I was also looking for a mattress that was made in America. Just like the video, it comes rolled up, vacuum sealed. Set it up where you want it & break the seal. Behold, your mattress comes to life & takes shape! After a few hours, the moment of truth arrived. After laying down, I was very pleased. The top part, which is memory foam, is like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve had the Flex for almost a month now and I have no complaints. I’m a back & side sleeper and this is the right mattress for me. I highly recommend it!

We loved our new ghostbed flex, it's like sleeping on the Cloud. It's not too firm or soft. Does not smell at all, which is great compared to my Casper hybrid. The pillows that came with it were nice and cooling too. The edge is good but I feel it can have sturdier support so we can sit around it. Overall it's our new favorite bed now! We sleep so well each night and can't wait to go to bed now.

The bed is ok. The mattress is not any more comfortable than the one that was replaced. The massage is more like a vibrate. I do like that I can set it to read mode, sleep or zero gravity. Set up was very easy; I did it myself. I would recommend if you have help, definitely use it. The base is very heavy.

My husband is a very large size Man compared to me and he sleeps on his side and sometimes on his back. For years he is woken up and not said anything but apparently was just uncomfortable and on his side of the bed the mattress has lost any ability to hold him comfortably. For me my sleeping issues what are unknown to me. What I mean is, I have had back problems and simply attributed how I felt in the morning knots to the mattress itself but to the fact that my back was just screwed up. However my back pain was actually due to the mattress we were sleeping on. I knew that his side wasn't necessarily as firm as mine because when I would lay on his side versus mine there's a distinct difference and how it felt. What I didn't realize though was that my side because it had at one point been his side was also broken down. Our current new ghostbed mattress has my husband waking up in the morning feeling amazing and I go to sleep on a bed of absolute perfection and comfort. Well worth the money hands down.

After sleeping on a ghostbed at an Airbnb in Chicago, I tossed around purchasing one for about three months and finally pulled the trigger-I’m glad I did! Purchasing was an easy experience with great customer support. The mattress is very comfortable, around medium firm, Not bouncy, and no motion disturbance from my partner or my huge dogs The only call out I would have is that the shipping was delayed approximately one week. All in all- I am enjoying my new mattress!

we slept on my wife's daughters mattress for three nights while watching the grandkids and slept through the night, we had no back pain and didn't get up during the night to go to the bathroom. we ordered one as soon as we got home. it got here quickly and now we are sleeping sooo much better, love it.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. Soft yet not too soft. Firm yet not too firm. It's very cool to the touch, no overheating.Time will tell if it holds up and doesn't develop a body cavern. Price point with the Chinese power pedestal was kinda high in my opinion.

The buying process was nice. The bed is made very well, but it doesn't give at all. It is way too firm. I did a lot of research before I bought this bed. The first night that I slept on it was terrible. After about two weeks of sleeping on this bed, my back pain has gotten much worse. I also did not have neck pain prior to using this bed, but now I do. The box was quite damaged when we received it, but nothing was damaged internally. Unboxing the bed was fun and it was amazing that a king size bed could fit in such a small box. The company has been very friendly throughout the process. I like the company, but unfortunately this is not the bed for my wife an I.
