We bought this version of the flex as it was supposed to be softer than the 3D Matrix. We wanted a hybrid with springs. We have only been sleeping on this for just over 1 week now, but it is much firmer than I would have expected based on the write up and reviews. Not sure this will be our forever mattress. Otherwise the speed of shipment, ease of setup, etc. has been great with Ghost Bed, but this mattress just might be too firm for us.

I love this bed! When I lay in it I almost never wake up to toss and turn and when I do, it is amazing to feel a nice cold feeling. My husband who was a paratrooper has back issues and is 110% satisfied... which says a lot because we have tried out beds and nothing seemed to be perfect for him.

I have fibro, and in the past 10 years, ive gone through 3 sets of mattresses, trying to find the right one. The first night I slept on this mattress, I literally woke up feeling rested and felt less pain than usual. Best sleep I've gotten in years. Very comfortable! I'm hoping the mattress never loses its form. Love it so far.

The flex mattress is extremely comfortable, and I like that it is not all memory foam. The mattress seemed really hot at first, but I changed the mattress cover I was using and have not had issues since. The pillows that come with the purchase are comfortable, but they are made of some slippery material so pillow cases will NOT stay on them at all. I likely will not use them anymore. I had ordered the platform as well, but ended up not using it. It is not returnable!!! The platform was very heavy but seemed sturdy.

The GhostBed Flex mattress is fantastic. Just the right amount of firmness for my body and bounce for easy turning, without sinking into the foam. It took me only about three days to get used to it and have a perfectly restful sleep. No more pain in the hips and shoulders! I highly recommend the GhostBed Flex mattress. Worth every penny!

I purchased the Flex as a mattress for my guest room. Since I have no idea if my guests will be side, back or stomach sleepers I needed a bed to meet all types of sleepers. I found the Flex to be the perfect choice. And when we had work on our master bedroom we slept on the Flex for 3 weeks enjoying every night of sleep. Great bed from a great company.

We prefer this mattress to the tempurpedic cloud we used previously. It’s comfortable and it’s nice to be able to sit on the edge to put on shoes, etc. Only thing is that it’s 11 inches tall instead of the 13 inches we expected but that doesn’t affect the performance.

I had to give my mattress a few nights of sleep before doing a proper review. Well, the results are this...I’ve fallen asleep faster than I’ve done with my new mattress. Plus, I’ve slept soundly ALL night! I’ve not gotten hot while asleep, & I couldn’t be happier with how well rested I’m feeling the next morning.

I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other! I added the adjustable base and am able to find the perfect position for the best possible sleep every night. And the pillows are perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Although this bed is great for me, it didn't seem to work well for my wife. She particularly didn't like the top cover material. I added a mattress cover on it which seemed to work for a week, but then she was not happy with the "sink in". I think this bed is great for people who like to sleep in-bed vs on-bed, if that makes sense.
