Easy to unbox and open. Set up was super easy as well. Mattress quickly and fully expanded in 4-5 hours. No toxic smell which is always a concern but the mattress had literally no smell at all so I was very happy with that. The removable and washable cooling cover is soft and great quality. The medium feel is exactly that. Great mattress, would definitely recommend!

I really liked the feel of the mattress. I generally prefer a firm mattress, but the gel memory foam was very comfortable. I didn’t notice any hip or back pain after sleeping on it. It is only 8inches, so too thick to be a topper but not thick enough as a standalone mattress, IMO. I’m sure it would be good for a preschooler/school age person.

This mattress is pretty comfortable right out of the box, with a medium-firm feel—not too soft and not too hard. I sleep on both my side and back, and it works well for both positions. Setup was very easy. It arrived rolled up in a box, and once opened, it expanded quickly. I followed the instructions and let it sit for 72 hours before using it. There was very little odor, which was a nice bonus. One thing to keep in mind—it does have some weight. I ended up using a dolly to move it into the guest room. It feels comfortable for me and for guests who’ve tried it, but I can see how someone heavier might prefer a thicker mattress for more support. Overall, it’s a solid mattress. Great for a guest room, kids, or even everyday use if you’re not too particular. It also seems slightly longer than our previous queen-size mattress.

I’m overall really happy with the Member’s Mark 8" Medium Memory Foam Mattress. It has a nice firm feel without being too hard, and it actually stays cool at night instead of turning into a giant toaster. My favorite feature is the zip-off top layer — being able to remove it and machine wash it feels both genius and overdue in the mattress world. My only complaint is the height. It’s 8 inches, which is accurate, but my old 8-inch mattress somehow had “main character energy” and felt more like 10 inches thanks to extra padding. This one feels a little slimmer by comparison. Still, for comfort, firmness, cooling, and the washable topper, I’d say it’s a solid buy.

So far we really like the Member's Mark 8" Memory Foam Mattress. We go the full size and it fits my bed frame perfectly. It came vacuum sealed in a box a was pretty easy to get open. We let it rest for 3 days, but it did still smell a little chemically, but that should fade soon. The mattress is a little on the firm side, but very comfortable. My favorite part is that the cover can be unzipped and washed.

This arrived quicky and rolled up tightly. Easy to carry. It is so comfortable and my granddaughter will use it when she sleeps over . I will say it’s pretty thin but very padded. It will be acceptable for a small child but i think anything over 70 pounds wont be suitable.

I got this mattress in the Full size. It is going into the guest bedroom or in our camper, just not sure which one yet. I was able to get the box and the bed out of the box by myself. It was heavy for me, but could still do it independently. There was a couple layers of plastic around the mattress that needed to be removed. The box had a scissors of sorts; much like an envelope cutter. This did not work at all. I used a scissors and wasy just careful of where I cut. At this point, I had the mattress on the floor to get it all unwrapped. If I hadn't there would be no way this could have been done on a bed. In order to cut and pull of the mattress, there is a lot of moving the mattress and so on. I think on an actual bed it would have been dificult. I finally did get the plastic off the top and was pleased to see how pretty it actually is! I let it sit out for a little over a day. I did not attempt to put it on the bed as I would have needed help at that time. So, I tried it out as it was laid out on the floor. I did keep the plastic on the under side, just to be sure it stayed clean. First thoughts, not bad. But, it you prefer your mattress on the softer side, you'll need to make sure the box is NOT the medium feel. (in the picture). To me, it was a tad bit harder than I prefer. Besides that, it is a good mattress cover for a good price. I was able to sleep on it just fine--even though it was on the floor!

This review was part of a promotion. The mattress comes in a vacuum pack package, it's a medium memory foam. You have to open the vacuum pack and let the mattress lay open on a flat surface for 72 hours, it is 8 inches in depth. When I slept on it the first night, it has a medium to firm feel, I did not feel like I was sinking down.

Comfortable foam mattress. It is rolled up tight in plastic for delivery and ships in a large box. Unpacking is easy. There is a removable mattress cover which has a zipper closure. It is comfortable but there is definitely a foam or plastic type smell. Hopefully this goes away over time.

This mattress was the perfect height and size, it was packaged properly, and was easy to move and unpack with just one person available. It was very comfortable and easy to set up. It had minimal smell. The only reason why it did not receive the full five stars is because of the warning label attached where it is made out of highly flammable foam.
