Mattress is almost always cool to the touch, even nights when the room is in the 80s. I do get a strange chemical smell from the mattress on occasion but it seems to be going away.

Easy to set up, works great and love it to read and watch tv. First night or two was not a great sleep but after that it’s been great in fact sleeping on a normal bed is not near as good anymore Carl

Package was damaged in shipping and sat for ten days at distribution center near by. Rethinking decision on purchase and considering another brand for next purchase.

The bed is very comfortable, even the first night. I wish the cooling effect was better through the waterproof cover and fitted sheet, but overall a good purchase.

We live in a very hot climate and out upstairs gets warmer than the rest of the house. Our mattress used to retain heat. GhostBed doesn't! Also, it feels like a firm mattress with a pillow top. Perfect for me and my wife.

It is perfect for both my husband and i who have different preferences on what we like in a bed. We both struggle with back problems and so far it has helped tremendously!

Mattress is too soft on the edges. I'm giving it another few days before i decide to send it back. I was hoping for a cool nights sleep but that's not what i have experienced.

Comfy bed. Lessened back pain, resolved pressure point discomfort. Cooling... well I suppose if I were to sleep on it bare then I would feel it, but with their mattress protector and bottom sheet, it is warm like any other mattresses.

Product is excellent. Sleeps great. Only complaint is the time it took to get product. Received multiple boxes on different days. It was like waiting to put a puzzle together.

It's really comfortable and keeps me very cool at night. Wouldn't even think about sleeping on another mattress. The shredded pillows are not the best but they provide a lot of support.
