Very comfortable. and I love to be able to lift up my head and feet. It was really cool how you had it in such a small box and everything was sealed, and the bed is comfortable and I also like when I can move my side, and my husband can move his seperately.

I bought this mattress because it is suppose to be one of the best with back pain and such. Suppose to be good for side sleepers as well. It's a little too firm for my liking and my pain has actually increased with the mattress. It is very far from being made for side sleepers.

awesome but a bit difficult for seniors to handle... we requested the white glove delivery. When we looked at our invoice it wasn’t included. Called but it wasn’t available. That was not user friendly... 80 years old and wrestling this box mattress ...

This has been the most comfortable bed I have ever had. Best sleep I have had in a while. I woke up without my back or hips hurting. I didn’t wake up hot. The order arrived very quickly too even with the pandemic which others seem to use for an excuse as to why things are taking longer to receive. Very happy with my purchase.

The best investment I have ever made and this is my first time purchasing an actual bed for myself. I tend to sweat under the sheets but this cooling technology was worth every penny of it. Highly recommend this brand to anyone actually looking to enjoy sleeping and being at home because this bed is amazing after going from Japanese floor futons to a sofa futon to THIS!

Beware- The first two weeks on this mattress are real rough. It was like sleeping on cement. It’s now been about a month and a half and it It has softened a little- But I would still consider this pretty firm. It is definitely not at a 6 like they said- I’d give it an 8.5/10. My husband and I both wake up sore. So why are we even keeping it? Well- for some reason I SLEEP SO HARD on this thing. I had had months of waking up 4-5 times a night and sleeping so hot and sweaty and for whatever reason I sleep solidly and cool the whole 8 hours on this thing! To me that’s worth it. So if you’re looking for a plush comfy soft mattress this ain’t it. But if you want to be rested in the morning - go for this one!

I replaced our very good, but old mattress. I was concerned that this was too plush at first, but honestly i've had great sleep and so has my wife. I like how it keeps me cooler! I'm a big guy--6'6" and weigh 275--this bed works for me! Plus the pillows are awesome! (although I little smelly at first)

We purchased a Nector mattress. It apparently didn't have the cooling technology as it was warm and firmer than the GhostBed Luxe. My back and my wife's shoulder ached every time we slept on it so we requested a return/refund after 30 days. My wife also had a head ache every time she woke up after sleeping on it We purchased the GhostBed Luxe and are sleeping through the night without getting hot. The cooling feature is great. We wake up refreshed and pain free. I will recommend this bed!

I have severe cervical stenosis and arthritis in my low back. We had bought a Sealy mattress about 5 years ago which we replaced with a Ghost mattress this January. Finally I am sleeping well and not waking up with pain. I am very happy with my Ghost mattress.

I purchased my GhostBed Luxe based based on the review of mattresses in Consumer Reports. I was so impressed with GhosBed's Customer Service after a small glitch with delivery. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding and the issue was resolved immediately with a call back to reassure me of my new delivery date. I had my new mattress within two days. The mattress is as advertised: cool with great support, but still relieves pressure points. It fit perfectly on my current adjustable bed frame. The only note I have is that my deep pocket bottom sheets are not enough to "tuck-in" all around the mattress. I like a tight-fitting bottom sheet, so I am looking for extra deep pocket sheets.
