I purchased my GhostBed Luxe based based on the review of mattresses in Consumer Reports. I was so impressed with GhosBed's Customer Service after a small glitch with delivery. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding and the issue was resolved immediately with a call back to reassure me of my new delivery date. I had my new mattress within two days. The mattress is as advertised: cool with great support, but still relieves pressure points. It fit perfectly on my current adjustable bed frame. The only note I have is that my deep pocket bottom sheets are not enough to "tuck-in" all around the mattress. I like a tight-fitting bottom sheet, so I am looking for extra deep pocket sheets.

I bought this mattress because it is suppose to be one of the best with back pain and such. Suppose to be good for side sleepers as well. It's a little too firm for my liking and my pain has actually increased with the mattress. It is very far from being made for side sleepers.

Loving my ghost bed luxe mattress. My husband is a hot sleeper and loves the cool feel of the mattress top and I am not and it isn’t too cold for me. Perfect balance. We’ve had it for a month now and it has not began to sag or take on or shape at all. It stays feeling supportive no matter which position. I sleep in.

This has been the most comfortable bed I have ever had. Best sleep I have had in a while. I woke up without my back or hips hurting. I didn’t wake up hot. The order arrived very quickly too even with the pandemic which others seem to use for an excuse as to why things are taking longer to receive. Very happy with my purchase.

We recently bought the GhostBed Luxe king mattress, bed frame and pillows. We absolutely loved them from the very first night. I fell in love my bed. It was like sleeping on a cool blanket of clouds. I woke up refreshed and ready to take on the world. It is the best nights sleep I have ever had.The bed frame is awesome it does everything you can imagine . Your pillows are the only pillows I have ever and I mean ever slept on from the very first night with out awakening with a stiff neck. Your products are phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about this mattress. I had the original GhostBed mattress and loved it! But then I got cancer and my meds caused frequent hot flashes so I thought I’d give this one a try...I’m so glad I did (as is my daughter, who inherited my original GhostBed). It truly stays cool and I’ve not suffered from interrupted sleep since getting it.

We've been loving our GhostBed Luxe for a little while now, and its been stellar! The perfect blend of soft and firm, and the coolest night sleep we've ever had. Coming from a very old mattress, it's surprising how much better this is, despite not having it all that long yet. Well, we're believers now, and any other mattress for this house are going to be from GhostBed!

After the first week on this mattress my back pain has almost completely disappeared! I am a nurse, working on my feet long hours and lifting patients frequently which leaves me with a sore, aching back and shoulders every day. The improvement has been remarkable. Thanks ghostbed!

Initial Thoughts: The bed was pretty easy to install/unfold my personal experience is that there was no off gassing or weird smells. Please note that I have owned the bed under 90 days. One thing to take into account while I am generally cold natured however, even I have to tell you that the bed runs a bit on the warm side so I would advise that if you are hot natured to consider your self warned I got it this winter so I don't know how it will be come summer. Final Thoughts: TBD mainly because I haven't had it long enough to be really thorough.

I purchased the Luxe bed around Thanksgiving and had it delivered right before Christmas when I moved to my new place. Now I have slept a lot better compared to my old spring mattress from 1999, but my body heat is trapped in the bed that’s supposed to have the best cooling feature ever. My older cheap bed didn’t hold this much in and I’m hot natured. It feel really hot sometimes, especially in the area where I sat for a little while and then laiy down. The bed is comfy but really soft too. That may be part of the issue as well for me. My roommate ordered the regular Ghostbed and she seems to like it. Actually thinking about returning mine and getting the regular bed.
