I absolutely love the cooling feature of this bed. That aspect is exactly what I am looking for in a bed, however I'm not sure about the comfort of the bed. The first few weeks of the bed it was wonderful and super comfy, but as it is starting to break in I'm finding it is lacking in the pressure relief on hips and back. I'm still in the first 30 days. As of now I'm unsure if I will keep.

I’ve had the same junk mattress for years. It was painful every night and every morning from its lack of support and cushion and rigidity where needed. But my main issue is that I sleep hot, very hot. I looked at all the other well known “colorful” cooling and support mattresses and never liked them enough to want to spend the money and take the risk. Once I came across the GhostBed Luxe though I trusted their claim that they were better than the others, and I liked that the mattress still retained a typical texture on top. So I bought the Luxe and immediately upon laying down I felt a temperature difference from any typical run of the mill mattress. First night sleep I was out cold, pun intended, immediately and woke up feeling like I had just left a massage or chiropractor appointment. I felt as though years of aches and pains were being worked out and exercised. Each night since then has only gotten better and better. Definitely made the right choice going the GhostBed route.

We tried a different model this time and still like it overall. The Luxe didn't really have as much cushion as we thought it would. It is still a solid GhostBed mattress with all the usual benefits of a quiet transfer of motion, little side sink, and sturdy construction without a boxy feel.

I've had the GB Luxe King for a month now. At first I LOVED the way it felt! No tossing and turning, no back pain. Now, I'm not sure that I love it as much. The frame I purchased with the bed absolutely needs attached to headboard and footboard...the corners of the frame are brutal on the shins. Also, not wood floor friendly. I have struggled to keep the bed from scooting away from the wall even after felt pads/furniture coasters, etc. The bed sits very low to the ground...even after adjusting the height. It also almost seems that part of the bed has sunk in already. Will continue to monitor...

This bed is amazing!!! If you are suffering from back pain this bed is for you. I would wake up with low back pain every morning for the past 9 years. Since we bought this bed my back has been feeling a lot better and I actually don't toss and turn as much anymore. I am a hot sleeper this bed also keeps me nice a cool through out the night.

The mattress is comfy but I don't think it is cool at all. We ordered the Luxe mattress in Split King with the adjustable base. The Luxe mattress is not cool to the touch and is gets very warm when it is laid on. If you are looking for a cooling mattress, I do not recommend this one. The base works well and the features are great.

I purchased a ghost bed begrudgingly as I don't like making major purchases without having the ability to try it out. I have thoroughly enjoyed sleeping on this bed. Super underrated are the pillows. I hate down and these pillows are perfect I use to use 4 pillow to sleep so I ordered 4 ghost pillows but I only use one to sleep because they are so firm and comfortable. The bed spread is awesome as I have always had issues tearing off my bed spread while I sleep but that hasn't been an issue at all with your bed spread. The mattress has been perfect for me. I haven't slept this well since I was a kid.

We had an ancient mattress about 19 years old that was well past its prime. GhostBed team partnered to enable their mattresses to be covered by HSA with a Letter of Medical Necessity. That team was prompt and thorough in their assessment and enabled us to cover the new mattress with our HSA which enabled a much faster purchase than planned. I was a bit skeptical of a bed in a box that had the coil springs in the hybrid compressed. However, we got it all setup, and was able to give it a week and a half before we actually slept on it. There is a bit of a memory foam odor to the mattress when first setup. But this dissipated by the time we used it. We were slightly concerned about it being too soft, however, it has proven to be just right. Have been able to rest on it for a few weeks now and am getting a much more relaxing sleep than on our old mattress. Highly recommend!

I wear a whoop band, and interestingly my deep sleep and REM sleep has greatly increased impacting my daily recovery. I wanted to get this bed in improve recovery and got the whoop to actually be able to measure it. I don't sleep enough because I am always on the go, but when I do sleep I get such restorative sleep my sleep efficiency is awesome even though my time in bed is not as much as it should be. Very cool to know this data and this mattress has made a positive difference.

I ordered a Ghost Bed Luxe in California King to replace another online bed, a WinkBed. I found the WinkBed to be harsh and uncomfortable, I woke up everyday sore and I groaned when I folded myself into my car each morning. I'm 6'3" and overweight and have had a foam mattress for the past 5 years. I thought the WinkBed would be a nice hybrid bed, it had good reviews for overweight people and as a bed overall. But for me it was just awful. My Ghostbed on the other hand is great, almost perfect actually. My only critique for it is the very slippery top surface. When you try to roll over you typically pull the sheets with you. I always sleep in a t-shirt and cotton briefs and I've been unable to keep my fitted top sheet to stick to the corners most nights. My partner is particularly annoyed by this, we have not yet gotten a mattress protector which will hopefully address the problem. But the positives far outstrip that single negative of this bed. It is a perfect comfort level for me. My partner is much smaller than I am, she's only 5'2" and she has a similar comfort level as I do, but then she is much less picky than I am. I think that really says something about the quality of the bed given the vast disparity of our sizes. I'm almost exclusively a side sleeper, while my partner will sometimes sleep on her stomach and rarely on her back. My biggest problem with the WinkBed was it caused my hip to become very inflamed and irritated on one side, which went down my leg and caused pain throughout the entire day. When I switched to the other side it exasperated a nagging tennis elbow to the point I had to visit my doctor for a second cortisone shot in less than 6 months. I'm happy to say since I got the GhostBed both of those issues have essentially cleared up and I've only had my new bed for about 5 weeks now. As for the coolest bed ever--well I doubt you could actually beat an innerspring bed for this, but the GhostBed comes close. I rarely feel hot from the bed itself, it does not seem to store much heat at all, not like other foam beds I've experienced. Take it from a really big, warm person, you don't need to worry about heat issues with this bed. Overall I couldn't be happier, but my partner and I just wish those sheet corners would stay in place!
