My gf and I had been wanting to upgrade to a king for some time, but I was skeptical about ordering a bed online. I was convinced the catch was that there’s no easy way to mail the bed back! Finally I bit the bullet, and I was pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t like the bed, they would have donated it free of charge for me. But thankfully I loved it !! So comfy, great for cooling, even my doodle can’t get enough. 5

We were reluctant to purchase a mattress online, but were very pleased with the entire process. It was easy to select the right mattress for us. It was delivered in just a few days and was very easy to unpack. We slept well from day one! I highly recommend this mattress and would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

I've had the GB Luxe King for a month now. At first I LOVED the way it felt! No tossing and turning, no back pain. Now, I'm not sure that I love it as much. The frame I purchased with the bed absolutely needs attached to headboard and footboard...the corners of the frame are brutal on the shins. Also, not wood floor friendly. I have struggled to keep the bed from scooting away from the wall even after felt pads/furniture coasters, etc. The bed sits very low to the ground...even after adjusting the height. It also almost seems that part of the bed has sunk in already. Will continue to monitor...

We've called multiple times to try and speak with a supervisor about the ridiculous shipping experience we had. Nobody will call us back. The USB on one side of the bed is also broken. We're still trying to decide if we like the mattress or not. So far I'm leaning towards no. I've woken up with back pain every day since getting this.

I read mixed reviews about all the "bed in a box" beds. Some had worse reviews than others, with GhostBed being the most highly recommended. We came from a 12 year old Serta spring mattress; it was time to upgrade! My husband and I are both primarily side sleepers and this has been super comfy for both of us. We can hardly feel the other one move. We've had it for over two months now and it has only gotten more comfortable. The only complaint is with shipping- we ordered the mattress, pillows, and mattress protector. They were all shipped separately. I received a tracking number for each item, but there was nothing in the email to tell me WHAT that item was. It was kind of a mystery each day what was going to show up. It did all arrive in about a week though. Overall, we are very happy. Our kids also love it and sneak in our bed throughout the day just to lay on it. 10/10 would get again!

I am coming from a Saatva Luxury Firm, which I loved but which was only a queen. Great back support. After taking the ghostbed eval I was under the impression this would be a firm mattress. However, it sinks during the night and eventually forms a U under me. I'm not a big guy. I'm 5'8" 180lbs. I expected better support. I'll likely be returning.

I thought the bed was too hard for me and it hurt my back. Also it is not easy to return this mattress like they say. They will not pick it up because of Covid. I should have been notified of this since i bought it during Covid and I have to pay to ship my promotional things back. I'm so disappointed in this company and I'm still stuck with the mattress I don't want with no refund!! Beware of this before you buy from this company!

I purchased the luxe because it was marketed as a memory foam. Unfortunately, while it may have memory foam in it, it feels more like a traditional coil with a pillow top. You sink in about 3 inches and hit a hard layer underneath which is not comfortable. Regardless of sleeping on your back, side or stomach after a few minutes you begin to feel a lot of pressure. Have woken up every morning with back pain. Also received the ghost pillows that came with the bed. They are way too big and firm. Can only be used for large people as I’m about 155 lbs, the size of the pillow sleeping on my back creates an extreme angle where I cannot sleep. Received four pillows and tried to sleep on them but I’ve had to purchase other pillows instead. Another great mattress marketing scheme only to be let down again.

We bought the Ghostbed Luxe because of the claim that is provides a cooler sleep experience. We also purchased a sheet set along with a mattress protector. The first week was absolutely horrible. We woke up throughout the night sweating and miserable. Probably the most hot/miserable I had ever slept on a mattress. I contacted customer support and they encouraged me to remove the mattress protector and give it a few days to see if that helped. It did! Yes, I'm out the money for a mattress protector I cannot use, but the bed truly is cooling, comfortable and we have slept so well ever since. My suggestion is to absolutely forgo the protector if the Luxe is your choice for a cool mattress. Kind of a bummer that I cannot use it to protect the mattress but so incredibly happy it was an easy fix and we ended up loving this bed!

I spent hours looking at the various online mattresses that are out there, like Casper, Purple, Nolah, Helix, etc - I did not know there were so many choices! I decided on the Ghost Bed Luxe because of the excellent reviews by customers and the excellent reviews on websites such as Tuck. And I am not disappointed! I love this bed! I am sleeping so well. I used to almost dread bedtime as I would toss and turn in a very outdated sleep number bed. Not now! I love the coolness of this mattress and how I gradually sink in. It is somewhat firm, but cushions me too - it's perfect. No off gassing at all. I have the Ghost Bed pillow too - that took a couple of days to get used to, but now I can't sleep without it. Would definitely recommend Ghost Bed Luxe!!
