We looked at multiple bed in a box mattresses, eventually deciding on the luxe because it was marketed as the coolest bed. My husband would sweat nightly on our old bed. We were skeptical, especially with the price, but went ahead with it and are so glad we did! Took a few nights to get use to, but we are sleeping like babies every night!! It is literally the coolest bed in the world!

The setup was a breeze. Super easy to setup and fun to watch it expand. Bed ended up being very comfortable. It wasn't as cool as we were hoping compared to our older spring mattress, but cool enough (it's winter when I write this so it's a little hard to judge fairly). I wouldn't say that I'd rave about the mattress but I sleep great and the bed is plenty comfy when I'm awake and just not ready to get up yet.

This bed was so tempting to lay down on immediately. However, we restrained ourselves and waiting the first 24 hours just in case. It was incredibly easy to set up; it only took minutes. My partner sleeps very hot, and there hasn't been a single night of "ugh, it's too hot" ever since! The sheets we have don't really fit perfectly, so I may invest in the ghostbed sheets. I can recommend if you want the cooling feeling, don't use a mattress cover. The mattress didn't have a single night of "break in" for us, it was super comfortable from the get-go. The temperature never fails at staying nice and cold. I can feel the balance through the mattress.

We have now slept on our new Venus Williams Legend Hybrid for almost 30 days and we love it! At first I was concerned it might be too firm, but after a few weeks it seemed perfect. We are both side and sometimes stomach or back sleepers (both in our 60's, average weight, tall; we replaced a high end SleepNumber bed). We looked around quite a bit before settling on this mattress and glad we did. We definitely wanted the coils in a hybrid with the memory foam feel on top... but we were in that Goldilocks search... not too firm, not too soft. It's hard to buy a mattress you hadn't seen before. But we read the reviews, visited a variety of local mattress stores, talked with a GhostBed rep and took the leap buying this one online. Happy we did!

I love this mattress! My husband and I were on the hunt for a new mattress that would help us both sleep better and eliminate some discomfort we were having while sleeping. I’m not 100% sure if it actually does anything on the cooling side of things but we certainly don’t seem to sleep any hotter than normal so that’s good. Two things we got with this mattress were their sheets and a set of king sized pillows. These are my favorite set of sheets and I LOVE these pillows...maybe even more than the mattress!

Easier than I thought to unpack. It stays cooler than a regular mattress ever did for me. I get in bed and it is cool when I fall asleep, and I never get warm enough to sweat by the time I wake up in the morning. The best part is how well it supports me as I sleep on my side. I have issues with acid reflux and on my old mattress would get some rough sleep with acid coming up my esophagus. Now after having it for two months I have not had a single issue. It took some getting used to with swapping from a regular mattress, but no regrets at all.

Ive always had a soft spring mattress but it did nothing for my back pain. I knew I wasn’t looking for a hard firm mattress but also not a super soft one either. My Ghost Bed luxe was the best of both worlds, it’s soft but also firm, helps with my back issues and keeps me cool at night :) don’t go the cheap route with your mattress, splurge a little and get something you won’t regret!!!

After one night of sleeping on the ghost bed lux and the ghost bed pillows, my neck was no longer stiff and my lower back discomfort went away. It has balanced support that is not too soft, not too firm. My wife usually likes more plush mattresses and she loves this one.

This bed is so comfy! It is a perfect combination of firm but soft. I do have one complaint, I ordered the LUXE for the cooling properties and I have been disappointed. The bed is not as cool as I thought it was going to be. I can't tell a difference between the LUXE and a normal mattress in this regard. I don't know if it is the sheets that I am using, but that is the only hang up I have with my ghost bed.

Overall I’m happy with our GhostBed. The set up was easy, I love the look of the frame and we still can’t get over how a king size mattress arrived in such a small box. The mattress isn’t as firm as our old mattress, which is good, but still seem a little firmer than I would have like. The memory foam stays cool at night so that’s nice.
