Overall this is a great mattress. It is comfortable and sleeps well. The cooling is an interesting aspect, but once you add the sheets and mattress cover you can't really reap the benefits of the cooling technology. That said if that is my only downside it really is a great purchase. To me it is a perfect blend of firm and soft.

I have been sleeping on the ghostbed for about three weeks and every morning I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in! I don’t move around switching sides or trying to get comfortable anymore. My shoulders don’t hurt if I sleep on my side all night . I also purchased the sheets and pillows and they are all amazing! Also, customer service has been wonderful. I can’t ask for an overall better experience.

Couldn’t be happier with our recent purchase. The adjustable settings coupled with Ghost Bed’s mattress makes for a perfect night sleep. My wife loves the zero gravity setting with a slight adjustment and I enjoy the variety of bed positions as well. What makes this bed so special is the support and comfort you experience each time. Compared to other leading brands the Ghost Bed runs a little cooler and has more support and firmness. This isn’t to say that it’s hard but rather a slow molding to your frame as you rest. We’re thrilled with our Ghost Bed and encourage anyone that’s serious about purchasing a new bed to consider buying from Ghost Bed.

After months of trying mattress after mattress, my wife’s wearing that she would never own a bed she had not tried in a store, SHE suggested we order this mattress. She’s been thrilled which, of course, means I am. Comfortable, low motion transfer, and the sync feature of the two twin xl adjustable base works flawlessly.

I've been sleeping on my GB Luxe (Twin-XL...split king) for ~30days, and it's been an interesting experience. I'm a side sleeper and during my research into the multitudes of bed-in-a-box offerings, I focused on side-sleeping comfort and the pressure point maps displayed/discussed on CR and other YouTube reviews; the various reviews indicated stating the Luxe showed some of the lowest pressure point impacts for side sleepers...so that sold me. I also read multiple side-sleeper reviews on the GB website mentioning the opposite...that the GB Luxe was an extremely firm mattress. So here's my take: Weeks 1&2: The GB Luxe definitely felt like a firm mattress. I found that I couldn't sleep on my sides as long, and I was tossing/turning more than usual. With that said, I wasn't waking up with the usual stiffness/pains I had from sleeping on a 20 year old spring mattress. But even with that 'relief', I wasn't getting the 'amazing' feeling of sleeping on a foam mattress. Weeks 3&4: The mattress definitely feels like it's breaking in...I'm sleeping through the night without any induced tossing/turning, and I'm still waking up without any of the old aches& pains. It still has the feel of a traditional mattress, but I might actually prefer that because I can switch sides easily, without feeling like I'm doing so in a memory-foam muck. I'll give it another few weeks before I make a final decision, but I think it's going to work out for me. However, I'm leaving my review at 3 stars for now and will adjust the rating accordingly when I make my final decision. My experience (like many others) is likely the very reason why GB (and the other bed-in-a-box companies) require you to keep the beds for a minimum of 30 days. They realize there's a break-in period and don't want buyers to make a snap decision. Final point...the cooling cover/layer on the Luxe is such a great feature. It's definitely cool when you touch it, so I can only imagine it'll help keep the heat load down during the hotter months. It's hard to comment on the effectiveness of it during the winter, so I'll update my review after when spring/summer arrives.

Mattress has a nice balance of firm and plush to it. Very supportive and sleeps cool all night. Motion transfer is very minimal and even with my wife and two large dogs moving around all night I don’t notice them. Paired with the ghost sheets which fit fantastic, this is the best bed we have ever had together and meets our combination of needs of being firm for me and plush for her. Would 100% recommend

I've been waking every morning with lower back pain so bad, it took half the day for it to loosen up. I couldn't stand up straight in the morning. Since sleeping on this bed for just under a month, my back pain is gone! I sleep so soundly now and wake up feeling refreshed with tons of energy! I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who suffers from back pain. The adjustable base is awesome as well.

I have been putting off getting a new mattress for some time but I couldn't be any happier with this choice. I have been sleeping better since the first night, and I'm a very hot sleepers and I can't wait to let this be talky shine as the weather gets warmer

What a true gem this mattress has come to be! I'm a good-sized fella & I've been through my share of beds in my lifetime. I am convinced that there does not exist a coil-spring mattress, or hybrid, that can hold a candle to this mattress. This thing is firm, but doesn't require any box-springs or platform. Soft and supportive on top, allowing you to achieve maximum comfort while sleeping. This mattress stays cool, too, unlike some other brands & designs.

I’m torn between how to write this review. My husband loves the bed and it is so comfortable for him. I, however, do not find it comfortable and unless I am extremely exhausted it takes me a while to fall asleep. I also wake up with some lower back issues which I was trying to get rid of by getting a new mattress. It’s not horrible but that’s the gamble we take with buying a mattress online. I do find it more comfortable sleeping on my back but I am a side sleeper so that’s probably the position I normally go to and why I wake up with back pain. I thought about getting an additional memory foam topper. Our bed in the guestroom is a firm mattress with a 2 inch memory foam topper and it is very comfortable. I thought that this bed would be similar to that. With all that being said, that is the gamble you take with buying a mattress online and not being able to test it ahead of time. I’ve given it some time to see if I would adjust, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened. I’ll probably spend money on a memory foam topper just so I can feel a little bit more comfortable.
